These newly remastered versions feature rare and never before released live and studio bonus tracks, and were remastered by longtime DIO collaborator Wyn Davis with updated artwork from frequent Dio designer Marc Sasso.

Long out of print on vinyl, the 180gram black vinyl includes the original tracklistings and is available as a Limited Edition first run with and LP-sized Lenticular album art print. As a special bonus, the "Magica" 2LP also contains a 7” single featuring "Electra," the only known completed track from the planned "Magica 2" album.

The CD versions of each album have also been long out of print globally. These newly remastered deluxe versions are showcased in mediabook packaging along with a second disc featuring rare and unreleased bonus material. In addition to rare studio tracks "Electra" (included on "Magica"), and "Prisoner Of Paradise" (included on "Master Of The Moon"), each bonus disc includes a selection of both rare or never before released live tracks from the accompanying tour for each studio release.

Wendy Dio says, "I am very excited to be working with BMG, a label that still has a passion for rock music. They will be making the complete DIO catalogue available again with some interesting surprises."

Sepultura Posts New Music Video Online

Last month, Sepultura announced that their electrifying new concept album "Quadra" is set to be released in early 2020 - and today the Brazilian metal icons can now reveal that the album will be available on 7th February 2020 via Nuclear Blast Records. The band is also proud to present the debut single 'Isolation', taken from the upcoming album. The song can best be described as a punishing, experimental thrash slap in the face. Sepultura debuted the song live at Rock in Rio Festival last month. The performance was recorded and turned into an impressive live video, so their fanbase worldwide can also experience the explosive live energy and charisma of "Isolation." You can check it out below.

Guitarist Andreas Kisser comments: "The video was created by using the footage of the performance we did at the Rock in Rio festival last October. It was the world premiere of the song "Isolation" which is a straight forward trash track with an epic intro. Also we presented the new cover and the name of the album 'Quadra' to an amazing crowd of 100.000 people, a magical and historical moment in our career. I’m so glad we had filmed the performance and now we are ready to show the world. The Quadra cycle begins!"

With "Isolation," Sepultura comes up with a highly sociocritical issue as singer Derrick Green explains: "'Isolation' is a song that was written about the U.S. prison system. The inhuman practice of solitary confinement changes the mental stability of prisoners.
They are not being rehabilitated but are transformed to become worst. Once they are released back into society we all pay the price for what has been done to them." More...

Moloken Posts New Video Online

"Surcease" is the first single taken from Molokens fourth album "Unveilance of Dark Matter", set for release the 31st of January 2020. Released with a music video, the single is one of the shortest and most direct songs of the upcoming album, combining uncompromising modern hardcore influenced metal with overloads of melodies and despair. You can hear that Moloken is from Umeå, Sweden - there are a lot of influences from acts as Meshuggah, Cult of Luna and Refused.

The year of the skullsÖ

The year of raptureÖ

The year of changesÖ

The year of sacrifice...î

Since the dawn of time music has been a part of human history and itís the only language that has transcended every age. Of the few fortunate that channel one of humanities oldest forms of expression is the aging colossus Moloken. Born in the bitter cold of Ume in 2007 the band has walked their own path disregarding musical conventions and genres. To change, morph and evolve restlessly is in the very fabric of Moloken and the titan above us is still on a journey into the unknown. Music is their religion and it unleashes feelings that are only understood by the heart of those who listen.

Throughout the last 12 years the band has been fusing together influences from Death/Doom/Black Metal along with 70's progressive rock and Hardcore. The result is a unique blend of dark, moody and menacing music that manages to be both cerebral and crushingly heavy. The goal of the band has always been to create something of their own while acknowledging that they are standing on the shoulders of giants: ìBurn what we worshipped and worship what we burnedî. Tales Of The Tomb Posts New Lyric Video Online

Painting their canvas of extreme music with inspirations of real-life stories of murder, conspiracy, supernatural horror, and terror, Edmonton's Tales of The Tomb unleashed their new EP “Volume Two: Mendicium” this past September. In support of the release, the band is sharing their latest video for their track "Dyatlov Pass Incident."

The band explains the story behind the song:

"9 hikers disappeared in what is now called the Dyatlov Pass in Russia. This incident had inspired many different conspiracies trying to explain what happened to the 9 hikers that went missing and were later found dead in the mountain range. Because there was a random unidentified scrap of clothing that looked to come from a military uniform found at the sight of the event. We are taking the angle put forth that the hikers unknowingly stumbled across a military weapons test and met their demise. Basically, they were there at the wrong place at the wrong time and the government was forced to cover up their deaths that the weapons test caused. There was evidence of the hikers ripping the tent from the inside and one of the hikers was found with extensive radiation burns, unclothed, fingernails and hands ripped apart from what was later determined to be from trying to climb the surrounding trees and much more. The song is written push-pull between the chaos of stumbling into this extension event vs. a seemingly normal journey. This was the last song written and displays the direction we are trying to move into from our past EP." More...

Polaris Uploads New Music Video

It's been two years since Sydney metalcore outfit Polaris released their ARIA-nominated, Top 10 debut, "The Mortal Coil," which introduced the group to legions of fans around the country and — thanks to an extensive international touring schedule — the world!

The wait for new music is over. Polaris have shared their new single and video for "Masochist." You can check it out below.

"We worked with Ed Reiss on this clip, who's worked on some of our favourite clips from other Australian bands, and together we developed this concept of a painter who, forever dissatisfied with his work, finds he gets more enjoyment from destroying his own creations than from making them," says drummer Daniel Furnari.

He adds, "We asked our friend Zac Britt (Dream On, Dreamer, Young Lions) to star in the clip. Not only is he a talented actor and someone that we knew would understand and embody the character, but. he is also a painter himself. Zac actually contributed the vast majority of the paintings seen in the clip and then did a bunch of painting live on set. We filmed this clip after finishing off final vocal dubs that same morning, and then flew straight out to Canada the following day for a tour, wrapping up a very intense period of work for us!"

For the new song, the band returned to the house in the small South Coast town of Mollymook where they made "The Mortal Coil" converting it into a temporary studio. The familiar surroundings acted as something of a refuge after the high-pressure situation of touring. More...

Magic Kingdom Posts New Lyric Video Online

Belgian guitarist Dushan Petrossi is not only the driving force behind Iron Mask, he is also the mastermind of the symphonic speed metallers Magic Kingdom, which have released five albums and achieved international success, especially in Europe, Asia and South America.

Just one year after the band was founded, they released their 1999 debut "The Arrival," followed five years later by "Metallic Tragedy," which also received rave reviews. In particular, this album and the ensuing "Symphony Of War" make Magic Kingdom complete and have them become a major player in their genre.

While Iron Mask is more along the lines of classical Hard Rock and neo-classical inspired Metal, this four-piece is much harder and faster –though no less fascinating and catchy. More...

Ozzy Osbourne Posts First New Song In Nine Years

Black Sabbath singer Ozzy Osbourne has just released "Under The Graveyard”, his first new solo music in almost 10 years. A massive ballad that builds into a searing rocker, it's the first single from Ozzy’s forthcoming album, "Ordinary Man," due out on Epic Records in early 2020. You can check it out below.

"This album was a gift from my higher power - it is proof to me that you should never give up," Ozzy says. “And this is quite possibly the most important album I have done in a very long time, probably since No More Tears."

Recorded in Los Angeles, the album features producer Andrew Watt on guitars, Duff McKagan (Guns N' Roses) on bass and Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) on drums.

"It all started when [his daughter] Kelly comes in and says 'do you want to work on a Post Malone song?'" Ozzy explains. "My first thing was 'who the fuck is Post Malone?!' I went to Andrew's [Watt] house and he said we will work really quick. After we finished that song, he said 'would you be interested in starting an album.' I said 'that would be fucking great, but now I am thinking I don't want to be working in a basement studio for six months! And in just a short time, we had the album done. Duff [McKagan] and Chad [Smith] came in and we would go in and jam during the day and I would go work out the songs in the evenings. I previously had said to Sharon I should be doing an album, but in the back of my mind I was going 'I haven't got the fucking strength...' but Andrew pulled it out of me. I really hope people listen to it and enjoy it, because I put my heart and soul into this album."

Stay tuned for additional details on Ordinary Man in the coming weeks. More...
