In December, Woods of Ypres frontman David Gold lost his life in a terrible accident just outside Barrie, ON, Canada. Unfortunately, David was unable to see the release of "Woods 5: Grey Skies and Electric Light" (reviewed here), which was to be the band’s first effort since signing with the mighty Earache Records. "Woods 5" is now scheduled for an April 10th release.

Now, fans have a chance to get a taste of what "Woods 5" had to offer as “Kiss My Ashes Goodbye (Part I)” is being streamed via Hails & Horns here. The following press release was issued about the track:

"The song is an epic, chilling journey that should remind the metal community just what an incredible writer and performed David Gold was. ‘Woods 5: Grey Skies and Electric Light’ is certainly the most impressive effort in the band’s history and will stay with you for weeks to come after just one listen."

The album's track listing is as follows:

1. Career Suicide (Is Not Real Suicide)
2. Travelling Alone
3. Alternate Ending
4. Lightning & Snow
5. Finality
6. Death Is Not An Exit
7. Adora Vivos
8. Silver
9. Modern Life Architecture
10. Kiss My Ashes Goodbye (Part I)
11. Kiss My Ashes Goodbye (Part II)
