Slayer is dead.

Thankfully, they'll be able to play decent renditions
of the great songs from days of yore-- which should keep 'em in the money for years to come, and assure that all the youngsters can say they saw "Angel of Death" live at least once in their lives.

Dead my ass. Nothing will ever be a good as RIB/SOH/SITA. If you want to listen to something like that, then F'N do it. Sick of all the 'baggers'. It will be a SLAYER album regardless of your thoughts. There are a lot of people looking forward to this, with me being one.

Look how changing it up worked out for Metallica. Sure, it worked out well for them financially and commercially, but how much did it piss off their original fans. Grow up.

That opening riff reminds me of Exodus. I wonder how much input Holt had on this album?
