By creating an account with Metal Underground.com and becoming a member of site's community, you agree to abide by the Terms of Service (TOS) outlined below:
- You agree not to create multiple user accounts.
- You agree to treat other readers, members, and commenters with respect.
- Personal attacks on others will not be tolerated and are grounds for comment deletion, account suspension/deletion, and/or a permanent ban.
- Metal Underground.com has the right and ability to ban users (i.e. disable any and all user accounts) who do not adhere to the TOS, at the sole discretion of the site administrator.
- You agree that Metal Underground.com cannot be held liable for any damages or consequences to your person (physical, mental, monetary or otherwise) or computer/web browsing device resulting from using this site.
Metalunderground.com reserves the right to update the TOS at any time and certainly will in the near future because this document sucks.
