Pain of Salvation - "Beyond The Pale"

Man, it's Dream Theater all over again. I must have tried to listen to Pain of Salvation about 7 times now and every time I've been bored out of my mind... now I can't get enough.

Soulfly-World Scum. Listening to fuck out of this album! Heavy as a motherfuck! About time Max quit fucking around! I think because Sepulturas last album was so good,he might have been abit more motivated. Not the usual Soulfly i will say;even though the lyrics are still kinda lame.

Nice Cryonics - I need to brush up on my Bal-Sagoth too, great band I really dig "The Chthonic Chronicles".

Deeds of Flesh - "The Endurance"

Cynic: I've read plenty of good reviews for that album, but have yet to preview some songs from it. I just got around to checking them out thoroughly several weeks ago and man was I missing out! Excellent stuff.

"Revel In Flesh" by Entombed

Have you read Daniel Ekeroth's "Swedish Death Metal" book, Cynic? Extremely interesting and in-depth! I'm halfway through it and enjoying it.

Husker Du- Ice Cold Ice. Here's a band i wish would reunite for a tour. Missed them in the mid 80's. Love Bob Moulds lyrics and searing guitar tone!
