Dysrhythmia Announces Release Show, Festival Stop
NYC-based instrumental trio Dysrhythmia this week announces impending participation in The Covenant Festival Montreal 2017, as the band also prepares to play a hometown release show for "The Veil Of Control" this weekend.
Dysrhythmia will celebrate the Profound Lore release of seventh album, "The Veil Of Control," in the band's hometown of Brooklyn, New York this Saturday, November 5th. The gala goes down at Saint Vitus Bar, with support to be provided by Multicult and Cleric.
This week's issue of The Village Voice praisesL "The album continues the group's technical sound: Hufnagel riffs on a twelve-string guitar, and the trio embraces dissonance in its tempo and key changes. If anything, Veil is a little more ambient than their previous releases, but with their jazz influences and precise synchronicity, Dysrhythmia are hardly about to fade into the background."

Dysrhythmia Streaming Full Album
As NYC-based instrumental trio Dysrhythmia prepares to deliver seventh studio full-length, "The Veil Of Control," through Profound Lore Records next week, today the record sees an early premiere online.
Profound Lore will release "The Veil Of Control" on CD, LP, and all digital platforms next Friday, September 23rd. Dysrhythmia has also confirmed a new show at Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn on November 5th, and will announce additional live news in the coming weeks.

Profound Lore Records confirms the impending release of Dysrhythmia's newly-completed seventh studio album, "The Veil Of Control," which will make its way into the public domain this September.
Captured at Menegroth, The Thousand Caves, in Queens -- recorded, mixed and mastered by Colin Marston, with artwork by Marston and Kevin Hufnagel -- "The Veil Of Control" will see release via Profound Lore Records on September 23rd.

Gorguts Announces Tour Dates With Pyscroptic
The death metal pioneers from Gorguts have announced a headlining European tour kicking off March 23 in Norway as part of Inferno Fest, and seeing the band traveling throughout the rest of month, making stops in the Netherlands, The UK, France, Spain, Germany, Poland and more before concluding on April 17.
Support on this tour comes from Psycroptic, Dysrhythmia, and Nero Di Marte. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.

Dog Shredder Announces West Coast Tour
Bellingham’s breakneck genresmashers Dog Shredder have confirmed a Fall tour where the trio will toast the West Coast alongside NYC tech sorcerers Dysrhythmia. The rager will kick off in Vancouver, British Columbia on October 26th and drill through Seattle, Portland, Arcata, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and New Mexico.
Final confirmations on several of the venues will be announced in the coming days, and Dog Shredder will be declaring additional live actions in the weeks ahead. The currently announced details are:

Dog Shredder released the "Brass Tactics" 12” in April through Seattle's Good To Die Records. The band will enter the studio in early 2013 to construct and capture the anticipated follow-up album. "Brass Tactics" can still be streamed in its intense entirety at Dog Shredder's bandcamp page here.

Dysrhythmia Finishes Work On New Album
Instrumental progressive metal act Dysrhythmia has completed work on new album, “Test Of Submission.” Profound Lore Records commented on the album:
"With 'Test Of Submission' (the band’s sixth full-length album) the trio of Kevin Hufnagel, Colin Marston, and Jeff Eber have delivered their darkest, most devastating and intense album of their 13-year career. An album where the usual Dysrhythmia mannerisms interweave through the band’s distinct style of progressive/jazz-infused rhythms and intense counterpoint, all while providing a new sense of catchiness and even melody. 'Test Of Submission' is also an album in which Dysrhythmia will rightfully reclaim the throne in an overbearing scene of acts who merely, and feebly attempt to try and match the New York power-trio’s musical skill, prowess, and of course their sense of artistry. Dysrhythmia Streaming New Track
U.S. technical/progressive metal band Dysrhythmia is streaming the new track "Test of Submission" exclusively over at Metalsucks.com at this location. The song is the title track from the band's sixth studio album, and first for Profound Lord Records, which is scheduled for an August 28, 2012 release date.

Dysrhythmia Signs With Profound Lore Records
U.S. technical/progressive metal band Dysrhythmia has signed a recording deal with Profound Lord Records out of Canada. The band is working on its sixth full length LP, which is due for release in late summer/fall 2012.
The following statement was posted on the band's Facebook Page:
"Happy new year, all. We are excited to announce we will be working with Profound Lore Records, for the release of our next album! Recording will commence this Spring with Colin Marston, with a projected late Summer/ Fall release date. We're gonna do our most to make this the best Dysrhythmia yet."
Dysrhythmia Comments On European Tour
New York's Dysrhythmia is set to embark on the band's first European tour on June 8th. Dysrhythmia has now checked in with the following statement about the tour dates:
"Hi all, next week we fly over to Europe for our first tour there ever! See all the dates below. Dysrhythmia Announces European Tour
Dysrhythmia has announced a four week European and UK headlining tour starting in early June. This tour is Dysrhythmia’s first ever European tour and will be in support of their most recent release "Psychic Maps." The band recorded "Psychic Maps" at their own Menegroth studio in Queens, NY.
