Art Of Dying Records New Album

Art Of Dying has checked in with the following announcement about finishing a new album to see release via Eleven Seven Music:

"It's been a busy year for Art of Dying as we've inked a deal with Eleven Seven Music, (Motley Crue, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Escape The Fate) and finished our new record with David Bendeth (Bring Me The Horizon, Breaking Benjamin, Of Mice & Men) in New Jersey completely under the radar.

"I can't tell you how excited we are about the new music! Making this album was one of the most intense experiences we've ever been through, so we kept things pretty tight lipped in order to focus all of our energy into every lyric, note and beat of the creative process. We've seen all of the calls for new music coming in from our fans on our social media channels, and now I'm thrilled to say the record is done, and the wait is almost over!

"Many thanks to Allen Kovac, Nikki Sixx and our new family at Eleven Seven Music for aligning their vision with ours and helping us make this album a reality. We're ecstatic about our new home on the label where we're joining some amazing bands.

"North America is home base for Eleven Seven, but they put a ton of weight in touring their bands internationally to places in Europe, Asia and South America. So if you want to see Art of Dying in your back yard, now is the time to speak up and be heard!"

Now, Voyager Comments On An Uncertain Future

Now, Voyager has issued the following statement about the uncertainty of the band's future and the possibility of upcoming shows being the last:

"Dear Friends,

"Please allow us a few minutes of your time, if you would be so kind. Because of your support, and indeed, also your patience, we feel a responsibility to give you all an update on the matters related to Now, Voyager. It is only through honesty that we have a right to claim our loyalty and friendship to you, and hopefully in return, you will show us the same.

"As many of you know, we’ve talked about writing an album for quite a while now. After nearly a year we’ve only finished one song. If one of the primary functions of a band is creating music, and we have not been able to do that, then we’ve got to realize we’ve got an issue. Truthfully, after 4 solid years of devoting every waking second to this band, and sacrificing any other aspects that came into conflict with it, it seems that the effects are finally starting to come to light.

"What started off as a journey between friends having fun, and writing music for the pure sake of creating something together, seems to have become much more of a mechanical chore driven by pressures and expectations. Maybe somewhere along the way, our system of working imploded, and as the band went on, we accumulated disappointments, which further created a rift within our band. Frustrations slowly grew until we could no longer ignore them. The willingness to compromise and find ways to work together became clashes and demands for each person to work their own way. Most days, it no longer feels like that’s what we are anymore… a band. The conception of being a band, and friends within a band, feels very far removed. Even more so, it feels like we lost ourselves within that band. That is the honest truth about where we are right now. More...

"Proudly hailing from Winter Haven, Florida, they feature current and former members of Floor, Dove, and Cavity!

"After the death of Dove and before Floor's current resurrection, a new band was secretly growing, House Of Lightning's long awaited debut album does more than just pick up where Dove left off five years ago, they blast off out of the known universe and into a completely new and unknown dimension!"

Omnium Gatherum Cancels Japanese Shows

Omnium Gatherum has issued the following statement about cancelling upcoming Japanese shows:

"With heavy hearts we are sad to announce that due to unfortunate circumstances and betrayal Omnium Gatherum is forced to cancel the upcoming shows in Japan this week.

"We have to be honest about this and tell you that the tour organizer Korean guy Do-Su Kim (also known as Jusin) and Metal Asia Agency was deceiving everyone else in this event and caused this cancellation.

"With the heavy breach of contract Do-Su Kim didn't pay us any of our advance fee that was agreed and supposed to be done even one month ago. But we were still coming to Japan as we really wanted to do these shows and see our fans, but the next thing was that Do-Su Kim 'paid for our flights' and last week we noticed that there's something wrong with the flight reservation too - our flight booking reference number claimed that the flight status is 'cancelled' as they hadn't been paid for.
