"The 32-minute span of otherworldly darkness shaping up Bourgogne-based Another End's sound is inspired by the torments of a child suffering the aftermath of the forms of abuse inflicted by his father. The inner voices resonating throughout the depths of the core of his being long and weep for revenge, destruction, and above all, the tiniest speck of hope. The subject matter is supported by a sonic approach reminiscent of the bloodiest and gnarliest works of Kruger, Generation of Vipers, Russian Circles, Neurosis, and Cult of Luna to name only a few." Steeves has now decided to post what remains of the unfinished work online, which can be heard in the SoundCloud clip below. A video from Steeves explaining the situation is also available after the jump. He also comments:
"This EP will never be finished! This was supposed to be my first solo EP. But on Friday, Aug 23rd, I felt asleep in the subway. And when I woke up, all my shit was stolen (wallet, keys, phone) including a bag with my computer inside.
"On that computer, I started to record that first solo EP, everything was on it (Yeah yeah I know, don't harass me with 'BACKUPS MATE BACKUPS,' I know what it is, I just didn't took the time to do it) I basically don't feel like doing everything again from scratch. So there was 2 options:
- Deleting the exports I had on Soundcloud
- Releasing this in that 'early' state
"I hope you guys will enjoy it anyway ;) (oh yeah I know, Track 1 first drum pattern is the one from Karnivool's 'The Caudal Lure.' Basically the metric of that pattern was interesting so I took the whole pattern and I planned to change it afterward ... but this will never happen)." More...

"We began our journey as Grinder in early June 2008, but in January 2009 we had to suspend our activity because of problems with band composition. In October 2009, like the Phoenix from the ashes - we have risen and formed a new and better Grind Your Brain! Through ups and downs, through years of happiness and pain we have landed here, in 2013, ready to create our Blessed With Insanity Concept Album!
"Blessed With Insanity tracklist will include 7 original songs, describing the story of a tormented soul and it's way to freedom. Album will be recorded, mixed and mastered at AntiSound Studio. Thanks to the funding from Kickstarter we will able to do all of the above and also print and promote our band and this concept album!
"To be able to successfully finish this project we will need to raise $3,500. If you will help us to exceed our first goal and raise another $3,500, we will be able to record and publish a music video to one of the tracks that will appear on the full album! And with an additional $3,500 we will organize a tour so you can hear us live! We need only this little help to reach these great goals and make our dreams about this project come true!" More...
