In 2015, director Jeremy Saulnier released punk-rock horror-movie "Green Room", a thriller about a young hardcore band trapped in a titular green room as they reveal a murder-plot surrounding a white-supremacist gang.

Now, Jeremy Saulnier is back with his new movie "Hold the Dark" that continues the brutality of his previous work. The thriller tell the story of a pack of wolves that kill a young boy, and the mother (Riley Keough, Mad Max: Fury Road) who tasks a tracker (Jeffrey Wright, Westworld) to hunt and take revenge for her child. When the boy's father (Alexander Skarsgård, True Blood) comes back home from serving in the Middle East events seem to turn sinister as some strange elements of mysticism come into play...

Hold the Dark be out on Netflix September 28.

Audiotopsy (Mudvayne, Etc.) Tease New Song

Audiotopsy - featuring ex-Skrape vocalist Billy Keeton as well as Mudvayne guitarist Greg Tribbett (ex-HELLYEAH) and drummer Matt McDonough among their ranks - are about to release their sophomore album “The Real Now” on November 02nd via Megaforce. The group produced the sessions for the effort outside of the vocals and mixing, which were done by Dave Fortman (Slipknot, Mudvayne).

A teaser of the first single “What Am I?” can be streamed below with an official release planned in early September.

The Contortionist ‘Reimagined’ Tour Announced

The Contortionist announce a special tour with Intervals for this fall. Dubbed ‘The Reimagined Tour‘, the shows will find The Contortionist performing two different sets each night. Comments keyboardist Eric Guenther:
