"To be working with such talented musicians from bands that we admire and respect is really inspiring and we cant wait for you all to hear the final product. As of today we've completed preproduction on 10 of the final 12 tracks and are due to begin recording with Karl Groom of Thin Ice Studios on 19 July.
"Although we're still working on the album title, we can reveal the following track names... Forget To Live, Embers To Ashes, Mechanical Ruin, Confession and Beneath The Scars. The new album can be described as a natural progression of the Neverborne sound that defined our debut release, In Absence Of Fear with more focus on groove and melody
"We trust you will enjoy!
"That's all for now."

"Empires of Eden is very proud to announce Sean Peck as one of the feature artists on the upcoming album 'Reborn in Fire.' The screamer from San Francisco is lead vocalist for US based power metal band Cage."
Guitarist Stu Marshall also commented, "Sean was one of the guys I approached for the album after being a huge fan of his band Cage. His vocal range is something to really hear as the guy has one of the most intense and expressive voices in metal music today. The other great thing was his ability to compose material. I sent him a song that was really aggressive and he was able to rearrange the parts as he saw a best fit. Sean’s song Total Devastation is definitely the heaviest track on the CD and pure, kick in the face screaming heavy metal"

"It's been awhile since we've updated everyone out there but we are still alive and kicking. We will hopefully be playing some shows this summer. We've just recently added a Vocalist that goes by the name of Trauma and a Guitarist that goes by the name of Bontey. The songs are getting a lot tighter and dynamic so look out for some demoed songs in the near future, both new and updated.
"Recording....well, we are getting ready for our full length album and in doing so we are going to be recording/demoing some of the new songs as well as the an updated version of an older song. Once done we'll make sure we put them up on our MySpace.
"Finally to end things, we've moved to October's Mist Records, which is the parent label to Beneath the Fog. It's on the major side of labels. We look forward to the new change, the growth and opportunity that has been presented to us."

New Hampshire black metal act Vintage Flesh has checked in with the following update about the drum recording process:
"Whew, as the drummer for this new pursuit I can tell you I am relieved to be complete, I only hope I can remain proud of what I have done when it is all over. My damaged nerves made this a real process. The drugs and the excess coffee over the years have certainly had there way over my ravaged inner workings. I feel I did the best with what my body can do though. We had Gemini of C.N.V. sit in on drums for one song 'Priest skin ship.'
"I was having particular nerve problems that day and my blast beats were for shit. Wo in hopes of moving on Gemini valiantly offered to help. In three takes it was complete. Though we may have at it one more time. It seems Gemini may be laying down some bass soon as well. We were bass free on the first release so this should fill things up a bit and bring out the doom elements as well. More...
