An official music video comes online today for Dying Humanity's "I Am King," taken from the group's upcoming album "Deadened" (due out via Bastardized Recordings). The clip was dited by Holger Müller and can be seen below.

A new single from Goatsnake is now online in the form of the of the title track from the band's upcoming "Black Age Blues" LP. Give it a listen below.
"Black Age Blues" deploys nearly six-and-a-half minutes of Goatsnake's most bulldozing grooves to date, the track primed with amp tones hotter than the Southern California Summer sun and its percussive drive steadily slamming into the listener like each car of a passing freight train.
The album will be released through Southern Lord Recordings in North America on June 2nd, and preorders for the album are now live here.

On the eve of the EP's May 5th release date, Revolvermag.com is now hosting a stream of Meek Is Murder's "Onward" EP.
Stream the charging beast of a record below. "Onward" sees its official release tomorrow, May 5th, as one side of the "Onward/Into the Sun" LP on Rising Pulse Records (Candiria, Spylacopa). On the other side is Meek's 2011 EP, "Into the Sun Where It Falls Off the Sky," available only digitally until now.

Variety.com is reporting that a movie version of the infamous "Lords of Chaos" book is coming. The movie will be produced by Ridley Scott's Scott Free London and directed by Jonas Akerlund. Variety reports on the casting and storyline:
Rory Culkin (“Scream 4,” “Signs”) and Caleb Landry Jones (“X-Men: First Class,” “Byzantium”) are confirmed for leading roles in the film, with further cast to be announced shortly.
[The move] which is co-produced by Chimney and Eleven Arts, is the terrifying story based on real events about a dream-turned-nightmare for a group of teenagers who spiral out of control.
The pic follows 17-year-old Euronymous, who is determined to escape his traditional upbringing in 1980s Oslo. He becomes fixated on creating true “Norwegian Black Metal” music with his band Mayhem, and creates a phenomenon by using shocking stunts to put the band’s name on the map. The last webisode leading up to the release of "Padmalotus," the third album from the Italian ritual psychedelic trio Nibiru, can be seen below. This video clip features the ghost track “Lingam,” with the band commenting:
“In Hinduism the lingam is the symbol of the god Shiva and the form in which he is most commonly worshiped. The phallic symbol is the main object of worship in Shaivite temples. This track, born from the eclectic mind of Nibiru, mixes industrial and tribal sounds. Gabriele Oltracqua, singer of Infection Code, Nibiru label mates, is the special guest on this song."
Due on May 18 via Argonauta Records, "Padmalotus" was recorded by Nibiru at Aadya’s Temple. The album was mixed and mastered by Emiliano “Pilloplex” Pilloni at Soundlab Studio in Settimo Torinese (Italy) and the track listing is:

The Obscene Extreme America mosh pit just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The festival takes place in Montreal, QC from August 20th - 23rd, with the organizers issuing this statement about new confirmations:

Three-piece death/thrash outfit Gremlin has remained mostly in the shadows since its formation in 2013. In that time, Gremlin has honed its sound into something fast, gritty, and raw, with delightfully obnoxious vocals and intense, infectious riffs.

After releasing the March track "Nightmare's Reef," Meadows End now continues the one-track-a-month release schedule with "Heathen's Embrace" for April.
These tracks - one to be released at the beginning of each month - form the "Sojourn" album, that will be released together as one at the end of the year.

Today Neurosis confirms the band's invitation to perform at this year's upcoming installment of the massive Heavy Montréal Festival in Montréal, Quebec.
Neurosis will perform alongside the likes of The Devin Townsend Project, Sanctuary, Obscura, Cattle Decapitation, Revocation and more. The open air Heavy Montréal gala will overthrow Quebec's largest metropolis on August 7th - 9th, and Neurosis will take the stage on the opening night, Friday, August 7th.
Prior to the band's Heavy Montréal debut, Neurosis will make its return to the brutalizing Maryland Deathfest in Baltimore on Memorial Day weekend. Additional Neurosis live actions will be announced in the very near future.

Serbian thrash metal band Space Eater has released the group's first-ever live video entitled "Eating Space Alive."
The video was shot at a concert promoting the "Passing Through the Molech" album on November 1st, 2014 at Belgrade Youth Center.

Deathronic - a one man project from Paris created by Amine Andalous O. - has released a new music video for "Anno 1423" taken from the 2013 album "Duality Chaos." The clip was directed by Milo Lee of 1000 Angels Production and can be seen below.
A few months after a limited release, the debut self-titled EP by Swiss metal entity Derivate will be repressed to be made available everywhere through the Black Bear Agency (Promethee) on CD and digital formats.

Long Beach hard rock outfit Sunflower Dead will make its first trip overseas this summer supporting friends Snot on a 25-date European tour and cap it with performances opening two dates on Korn’s 20th anniversary shows in the United Kingdom in July.
Having recently completed tracking and mixing of a sophomore full-length album with the assistance of producers Dave Fortman (Evanescence, Slipknot, Godsmack, Mudvayne) and Mikey Doling (Snot, Gemini Syndrome), the band is tentatively eyeing a late Summer/Fall 2015 release of the effort. New England heavy metal quintet I.N.C. (Indestructible Noise Command) has released a music video for the track "Love like Napalm," taken from the "Black Hearse Serenade" album.

Texas metal band Royale just released a debut single titled "This Is My Life." The track was produced, mixed, and mastered by Wade Concienne (Like Monroe) and a video clip for the song is available below.
Bassist Tyler Larson also comments on the clip: "'This Is My Life' is all about the start of something we have always dreamed of."
“Keep your friends close, leave your enemies screaming in their grave:” a sentiment that embodies “Burn The Traitor,” the second video from Australian outfit Feed Her To The Sharks that can be seen below.
The track comes off the band’s album "Fortitude," produced by Fredrik Nordstrom (At The Gates, I Killed the Prom Queen) and available in stores and digitally everywhere now.
“As with all of our songs, we started writing 'Burn The Traitor' with a vision in our heads. The aim this time around was to make a crushing track that had a very intense and dark feel to it," says guitarist Kim Choo. “When we pitched this song to Jason Eshraghian (director), he immediately loved the song and came up with the idea for the music video. He really captured the darkness of this track and translated into the screen."
Bassist Rob Davies adds, "’Burn The Traitor’ is one of my favorite tracks from Fortitude. We really wanted to create a cinematic experience for the listener. After writing this song, we simply knew we had to compliment it with a music video." More...

Relapse Records is excited to share "Requiem For X," the first track from Goblin Rebirth's upcoming self-titled album (due out June 30th, 2015). The group features members of Italian film score figureheads Goblin and has made the new track available to stream below.
"The song is a prayer... It starts very sad, but it builds to become furious in the end," guitarist Giacomo Anselmi says. "It tells the story of the death of a goblin. Fabio (Pignatelli) arranged the entire song. A child was supposed to sing the whistle melody at the beginning, but we changed it -- we didn't want another 'School at Night.' It's unbelievable, a continuous crescendo until the song stops. That's the moment when X dies."

Colombian melodic death / black metal band Eshtadur has began a fund raising campaign to support an upcoming full-length album and tour.
This will be the band's first official release since the award winning 2013 album "Stay Away From Evil and Get Close to Me" (AMS metal awards winner for best video clip and best album 2013). Eshtadur comments:

German death/thrash act Dying Humanity just released the first music video for the new album "Deadened." Check out "I Am King" in the player below. "Deadened" is set to drop via Bastardized Recordings on June 12th and it marks the first album since 2011 ("Living on the Razor’s Edge").

Italian symphonic black metal act Darkend has completed the recordings for the group's third album, which will be entitled "The Canticle Of Shadows."
The album was mixed and mastered by Stefano Morabito (Fleshgod Apocalypse, Hour Of Penance). The first pressing will be a limited edition, which will containing bonus tracks and some additional artwork. "The Canticle Of Shadows" feature guest performances by "some of the pillars of the old metal scene."

Swedish melodic death metal act Arch Enemy premiered a new music video for the track "Stolen Life" over at Decibel Magazine's site at this location (also in the player below). The song appears on the latest effort "War Eternal," which is out now via Century Media Records.
The band is currently trekking across Europe in support of the album. Remaining tour dates can be found over at this location.
Founder and guitarist Michael Amott comments: "I can't believe it's been almost a year since we released the 'War Eternal' album! Time flies when you're having fun huh?! We're just starting up our summer tour here in Europe and there's still a long way to go - we're booked up till Christmas!
