Demonic Obedience Premieres New Song

Metalunderground.com brings you the exclusive premiere of the new song "Outbreak" from UK death/black metal band Demonic Obedience. The song is off their upcoming album, "Fatalistic Uprisal Of Abhorrent Creation," due out April 17, 2018 via Satanath Records (Russia) and Sevared Records (USA). Thrawsunblat Completes Recording of New Album

Thrawsunblat has issued updates about its upcoming fourth album. The new album will be entirely acoustic, containing eight songs. The band adds "One song title is in Latin. Two songs feature tremolo picking acoustic guitars. Haven’t counted how many times I say tree yet." The album has been recorded in its entirety and is currently being mixed.

Also, as a prelude to the upcoming acoustic full-length, the band is releasing the bonus tracks from the "Metachthonia" vinyl as a two-track digital EP. The EP will contain the first section of "Fires That Light the Earth," and the final section of "In Mist We Walk."

Alice Cooper Announces U.S. Tour Dates

Shock rock icon Alice Cooper has announced further shows for his scheduled headlining tour of North America. Support in select dates will come from former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley. Doro To Release Double Album

The long awaited new Doro studio album will be released on August 17th 2018 via Nuclear Blast! Today, the metal queen is proud to announce the title of the follow-up to her hugely successful release Strong & Proud... get ready for "Forever Warriors, Forever United!"

Doro's 20th album will be a huge milestone as the band’s first-ever double album, so fans can expect 24 brand new songs from the metal queen, which will also undoubtedly feature some stunning surprises.

The album cover artwork was once again created by Doro's favourite artist Geoffrey Gillespie. It portrays DORO in the middle of a swarm of wild metal heads exuding attitude, power and a lot of positive vibes.

"The cover and the title form a perfect unit," Doro explains, "Just as it should be. It all fits perfectly in line with the songs, which also deal with some political themes.

"There are some big anthems on the album, countless heavy songs, as well as heart-warming melodies! The album is supposed to give you power and thus contains a lot of energy!"

Doro continues: "On 'Forever Warriors, Forever United,' there will be a lot of big rock heroes. Fans might be curious about the many awesome guest musicians involved."

Fans can note that the first single "All For Metal" will feature several metal heroes, who can also be seen in the upcoming music video which will be released in May. The list of these stars will be unveiled soon... and Doro is already convinced that "All For Metal" is going to be the new "All We Are'!"

Guitarist Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio, Dead Dasies) and former Warlock guitarist Tommy Bolan, who also contributed to the highly acclaimed album Triumph & Agony in 1987, will of course also be part of the new album. More...

Satan Signs With Metal Blade

New Wave Of British Heavy Metal veterans Satan has announced that they have signed with Metal Blade Records, with a new album expected later this year. A statement from the band reads as follows:

"We're proud to announce the signing to Metal Blade Records for a multiple album deal!

"We have just finished recordings for our tentative new album to be released during the second half of 2018!

"Metal Blade is part of Satan's past and we are super excited for it to be part of our future. It seems so fitting, it's hard to imagine another label that could give us a better platform for our music today."
