The album was edited and mixed by Fredrik Nordstrom (In Flames, Dark Tranquility, Dream Evil).
Guitarist Sergio Ribeiro describes the meaning behind "Red Rain":
"Red Rain is our ode to metal...It was one of those songs that was written out of pure influence and instinct. The lyrical content in Red Rain, keeping with the theme in "Origins", speaks of a new metal generation fighting to keep the metal flame burning strong, passed down from our predecessors. We love to play this song live 'cause everyone just goes nuts during the sing-along chorus."
Here is the complete "Origins" tracklisting:
2. The Curse
3. Dying Force

The history of CypherSeer has included a lot of big names in the metal industry such as James Rivera (Helstar, Vicious Rumors) and Mike LePond (Symphony X). However, the most notable name is producer extraordinaire Fredrik Nordstrom (In Flames, Soilwork, Dark Tranquillity, At The Gates, Etc). Nordstrom’s magic can be heard on "Awakening Day", CypherSeer’s debut album.
During the winter of 2008, the rebuilding of the band process began with the search for a new vocalist. The spot was quickly filled by Zeno Rodrigo. Drummer Lee Corrado and bassist Kristian Lolo were also selected to fill the roster, and CypherSeer was reborn.

The cover artwork for the tribute, which follows the iconic Type O Negative style and was created by Dan Mitchell of Beneath the Woods studio, has now been revealed and can be viewed below.
To whet the fan’s appetites and give a taste of what’s to come, a teaser trailer is also now available that showcases clips from two of the cover songs appearing on “All For None, None For All: A Tribute To Peter Steele.” Check out the video below to hear segments from the gothic recreation of “Love You To Death” by Autumns Eyes and the power metal rendition of “I Don’t Wanna Be Me” by Auvernia.
Speaking on Peter’s influence in the musical world, Argentina based band Auvernia commented, “Type O Negative - and specially Peter Steele as their front man and composer - has been inspirational for us in terms of diversity in music. They were not afraid to experiment, to melt genres such as thrash and goth for the sake of the compositions, that way creating their own trademark. If we also add musicianship, personality and attitude, then you have an icon. That's the legacy we take from Peter Steele and his band, for their heritage is there, within all their music.”
The track order has now been finalized for the tribute album, which features bands from such diverse locations as Finland, Taiwan, Norway, Denmark, Spain, and even the U.S.
1. Auvernia - "I Don't Wanna Be Me"
2. Fairytale Abuse - "Black No. 1 (Little Miss Scare-All)"
3. Stabbingback - "Halloween in Heaven"
4. Emancer - "My Girlfriend's Girlfriend"
5. Dead Shape Figure - "Dead Again"

Finnish metal outfit Amberian Dawn has announced that the band will begin recording an upcoming studio album this Summer. A message from frontman, keyboardist, and guitarist Tuomas Seppälä reads as follows:
"There's going to be some changes in our working methods and the next album is going to sound different compared to our previous albums. We're going to use backing vocalists for example. Earlier we have had only guesting lead singers and no backing vocalists at all. There's some really fast songs on this album and also some 80's- style songs like 'Valkyries' and 'Kokko' from our previous albums.
"Technically there's great challenges for the band and all the skills possessed by the new lineup will be essential. We're going to break some new limits again and lift the level of our quality even higher than before. With some guesting vocalists or musicians on this album, just like on all our previous albums, this new album is going to be more solid than our latest album End Of Eden."
New Wave Of British Heavy Metal legends Tank has announced that Mark Cross, known for his time with bands such as Helloween and Firewind, has been recruited as their new drummer. A message from the band reads as follows:

We are delighted to welcome Mark into the trenches and everyone connected with the band feels that his addition to our ranks will move the band into a new dimension."
Mick Tucker, Tank's longest serving member (28 years), said the following about this exciting development: "We have now assembled some of the finest metal musicians Tank have ever had. We are now prepared to unleash this awesome lineup on Europe. We hope to see you all on tour."
Mick's guitar partner, Cliff Evans, second longest serving member of the band (26 years) said: "To have someone of Mark's calibre join the band shows just how far we have come this last couple of years. Mark is one of the very best Metal drummers around and will really add something to our sound. This is a big move for us and we cannot wait to introduce Mark to the fans on the road later this year."
The organisers of Norway's Hole In The Sky festival have announced that this year's edition of the event will be the last, concluding twelve years of history. However, it promises to go out with a bang as some of the biggest names in extreme metal will be performing at the event with Immortal, Mayhem, Satyricon and Enslaved being the latest confirmations. A message from the organisers reads as follows:
"There’s a saying that all good things must come to an end. For twelve years we’ve been fortunate enough to meet many of our favourite artists, shared some incredible metal moments with fans coming from all over the world, and worked with some of the best in the scene.
"Twelve years is a long time and we’ve always invested a lot of time and effort in making the festival the best it possible can be and never compromise.
"Hole in the Sky has been a thing we’ve taken great pride in and it would be a very sad thing to let the festival suffer due to other commitments and responsibilities that comes along as you get older, so basically we want go out on a high note when we still feel inspired and on top of the game. Mind you, we will go out in a spectacular fashion. More...

Dzien Dobry TVN: So is it the end or not?
Maciwoda: "Generally yes, but as I have already said we need the time, a year or two, to visit these all countries and We want to visit the countries, where we have already played, once more."
