But we decided in the end, to stay at Die Hard, as we feel, that they support us 100 %, and talks of touring EU, USA and Scandinavia are currently been discussed.

One of the reasons regarding the silence from our Hell brigade...

Austerity Program and Hydra Head Settle Dispute

After weeks of uncertainty and difficulty, the Austerity Program, a NYC based duo, have happily settled their legal dispute with Boston’s Hydra Head Records.

The eleventh hour settlement came after long hours of difficult negotiations on both sides of the table. “I think in the end we realized that we all wanted the same thing,” said Gregory Mandryk, Esq., the band’s able attorney. “What we’ve come up with is a fair settlement that ensures the band will receive the protection for their music that they deserve without unduly punishing the label.”

That’s what this industry is all about, after all. What’s beneficial is that we can accomplish this primary goal in a way that doesn’t interfere with the secondary, creative, side of the music. Justice has been served and this band is well taken care of. Is yours?” More...
