Beyond the Embrace Update

Beyond The Embrace have issued an update concerning the status of the band: "We're all really excited about opening the second half of the Opeth/Lacuna Coil tour. We'll also be performing at the Obey the Flame Festival in Montreal Canada on the 25th which is the day after the last date of the Opeth tour, so we're gonna have to drive from Virginia to Montreal within one night's time but we've have to pull off worse driving trips than that, so we're confident we'll have a great time. Tommy Lee Cleared Of Drowning Charges

Rock musician Tommy Lee was not to blame for the drowning of a 4-year-old boy during a children's birthday party at his home, a jury concluded.

The panel of nine women and three men deliberated less than three hours Thursday before unanimously rejecting the wrongful death lawsuit brought by actress Ursula Karven and TV producer James Veres.

"Although I am relieved that the court has found me not negligent, there are no winners in this sad situation," Lee said in a statement.

Daniel's parents left court without commenting. More...
