"All right folks, after a little break and some day to think, the time has come to explain how our situation is at the moment. A few days ago some news about the split with Dario Grillo (vocals) was issued. We want to say that it is not correct to publish such news without hearing our word, in as much as there was none about that in our website!!! As they were amateur webzines we chose not to pay any attention."
"Let’s get to the point: after eight years with Thy Majestie, three recorded CDs, much sacrifice and time together Giovanni Santini (guitar) has left the band. We won’t explain his reasons, though if he would like he could reply by sending us an e-mail that will be shown in this site. We are sorry for that and we wish Giovanni all the best. Thank you Giovanni." More...

Danish metallers PYRAMAZE and former ICED EARTH singer Matt Barlow have issued separate statements confirming that Barlow has joined the group as its new frontman following the departure of Lance King.
Commented PYRAMAZE guitarist/songwriter Michael Kammeyer: "I'm very happy to finally announce our new singer. Matthew Barlow (former vocalist of the American metal band ICED EARTH) will be taking over the job as PYRAMAZE vocalist.
"I've been in dialogue with Matt about his comeback for a few months now, and after we've been getting to know each other better and doing a few test demos where Matt has re-recorded a couple of our old songs, we've come to the conclusion that we are a perfect match. I've always regarded Matt as one of the very best voices in metal, and I was (as any other fan of his incredible voice) saddened by his departure from the metal scene a few years ago. Therefore I'm proud to say that Matt is back, stronger than ever, and from now on officially a part of the PYRAMAZE Fellowship. We are currently in a song-writing mode, and we expect to enter the studio early 2008 with Matt behind the mic. I hope and believe that old as well as new fans will welcome Matt into the PYRAMAZE line-up. I now leave you with these great news, and with Matt's statement below." More...

"We have two new additions to the band and our upcoming show (May 25th) will be our first show with this new lineup."

"Chris, our new singer, joined us a couple of months ago...we have been auditioning singers for a while and Chris also fits our sound very well."
"We wish both our former singer Jude and former guitarist Dave the best of luck and we're looking forward to showing you what these new guys can do."
