The Haunted Guitarist Drops Off Tour

The following message was posted on the Haunted's official website:

Guitarist Jensen has unfortunately been forced to leave the tour after the Lisboa show, due to urgent familiy matters back home in Sweden. The Haunted will however continue to do the remaining dates of the tour.

The Haunted wishes to once again urge people intending on seeing the show to come EARLY!! Tickets may say "The Haunted show time at 21/9pm" (approx one hour after doors) but usually it is 20.30/8.30pm...or even as early as 20.10/8.10pm!! (thats only 10 mins after doors, folks) So make sure to get there EARLY, in order to not miss the show!

Soilwork Comments On Upcoming Tour

Sweden's Soilwork has posted the following message on the band's official website:

We will be flying to Rochester for rehersal now on friday and we will be seeing you guys starting on the 5th in Buffalo.

The set is one of the most intense sets we have ever pulled together, so we hope that you can handle it.

Lots of old songs, mixed with some newer ones.

Cataract Issues Tour Report

Cataract has issued the following report on their No Mercy Festivals:

11.03.2005, Dynamo Werk 21, Zurich (Swi)
This little show along with the Heavy Demons and Kruger was our warm up show for the upcoming tour which was supposed to start on sunday the 12th. the show was organized by the local Hellfire promotion who regularly book shows at this venue, giving more or less known underground bands a spot to perform live in the middle of zurich. melodic thrashers Heavy Demons opened up, followed by doom loaden Kruger who almost destroyed the place. then it was up to us, and as we had to expect for the coming two weeks, we faced an almost pure metal crowd but the experience couldn't have been better - the crowd went crazy from the first minute on and we were pretty gutted as we had to stop after the encores. but we sure were ready for the road...

Scum Sign Record Deal With Tabu Recordings

Scum, the black metal band featuring Amen's Casey Chaos, plus Samoth and Faust (ex-Emperor), have signed a deal with Tabu. Their debut album, 'Gospels For The Sick', is released later this year.
