A Haunted Mantra has issued the following announcement about streaming two new songs online:
"Hey everyone! So we've released 2 new songs, 'Pillars of Creations,' which is an instrumental, and 'Involuntary Spinal Subluxation!' Both songs were self-produced, and we hope you all dig!
"We also have live footage of some recent shows we've played, and just uploaded a few videos to our official facebook page that you can view here.
"We have a couple more shows coming up at Tremont Music Hall in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we are looking for a label if any are interested! Keep it metal guys."
British crossover thrashers SSS are due to be featured in an episode of a new music series called "No Sleep Till," brought to you by Vice and Vans.
No Sleep Till offers a candid, fly-on-the-wall view of life on tour, through the eyes of four of the most explosive bands on the circuit. The series follows SSS, Cerebral Ballzy, The Bronx, and Trash Talk or 24 hours each, giving fans an inside view of the guys behind the bands, the music they've dedicated their lives to making, and the fun, carnage and chaos involved in being a band on tour.
SSS bassist MARK MAGILL comments: "Vice Magazine and Vans asked us if they could follow us around for a day. We said yes, they pointed their cameras at us and we wished we lived a life of rock 'n' roll excess, so that we'd be more interesting to watch than the normal people we actually are. We discovered that we're pretty good at clay pigeon shooting and North Wales is very depressing in December. We didn't win at bingo, either."
Keep an eye out for the episode featuring SSS on March 14th. Watch the No Sleep Till trailer at this location.
SSS' new album, Problems to the Answer, features 25 snarling tracks and is available now worldwide on CD and limited edition picture disc LP.

The CALIGVLA album world conquest set for August 31st! We film the video in MAY, single June/July but we will release teaser samplers before, starting in April."
The band also issued the following update earlier this week about an upcoming performance in Mexico:
"Citizens of the southern province of Mexico, we are proud to announce that the Roman forces of Ex Deo will arrive April 21st in Mexico City together with the barbarians in Arkona... the war is on, Rome arrives for the first time ever in southern latin soil! world conquest has begun... details of engagements to follow."

Canadian heavy metal trio Cauldron is currently on tour in Europe, and has issued an update to fans from the road. The band is headlining the three-week long "Burning Europe" tour in support of the latest album, "Burning Fortune." Supporting Cauldron are fellow Canadian metallers Striker.
Cauldron guitarist Ian Chains updates from the road:
"The Burning Europe tour so far has been an endless supply of self-cleaning rotating toilets, fizzy water, public hostels with old men walking around in yellowed underwear, giant hot dogs with miniature buns, dirt cheap Czech beer, 1 Euro skin rags, Jason washing his hair with his deodorant, and feeling like you can scrape a bucket of Crisco off your face.
"The shows have been great so far, the crowds have been savage, and we're having a non-stop pardy crammed in a van with our buds from Striker! We've been hanging out in Prague for the past couple days since we were lucky enough to blow our alternator on our day off. We've broken down before in worse places...! Looks like we'll get back to the Burning part of the tour in no time. We're looking forward to the rest of the tour cause you guys are wild man... WILD!!!" More...

Canadian melodic metallers All Else Fails, who just snagged a Edmonton Music Awards "Best Metal Album of The Year" nomination for their latest full-length "The Oracle: What Was, Is And Could Have Been," have just uploaded the season 5 finale for their Studio Space websiode series. Over the last five years, the series has followed AEF behind the scenes while on tour, recording their albums and just having fun. The band commented on the clip:
"In this season finale, AEF demonstrate their agility and capability of achieving gold in the 'Drunken Olympics,' which includes Punk Flips, Shrub Jumping, and the good old Bread F*cked! This is it folks, this is as dumb as it gets. But we aren't drunks. We may be metalheads, shitty comedians, mediocre musicians, crappy englishers, and drunks, but we aren't communists."
Facedown Records has announced the title and release date for the new War of Ages album will be "Return To Life."

The story of the release continues the from the 2009 debut LP "The Unkindness of Crows," as "the crows documented in the first album have battled the sun and were burned back down to earth as black snakes" and the concept of the new release "continues mainly on the snake and its various mythic and symbolic incarnations. Ultimately the great ancestral snake is transformed from its lowly beginnings back into a bird soaring upon the thermals."
Illinois groove metal band DaiTribe have announced that the recently completed debut LP will be entitled "Epochalypse A.D." and is targeted for a Spring 2012 release period through True Gemini Records. The artwork (shown below) was done by Mark Alano.

German depressive rockers End of Green has signed a worldwide recording deal with Napalm Records. The signing marks a new era for the band, who spent a decade with Silverdust Records, which closed its doors. The band will take its time recording a new LP, which is tentatively forecasted for a summer 2013 release.
Guitarist Sad Sir commented on the signing:
Yes, mam. We're thrilled! "When Silverdust informed us that they were calling it quits with the label, we agreed to reach out with our antennas to search for new possibilites. I think Napalm Records fits like a glove. They are independent, they care about music, and I think they know what we're about. And: when you call them or text them, they know that you are signed to the label. That's rare, nowadays.
As to a new End of Green release, Sad Sir stated:
We're not in a hurry. Right now we're celebrating our 20th anniversary with the '20 Years of Self-Destruction', after that it's time to kick off the next twenty.
The band will embark on a tour of Germany, which is dubbed the "20 Years of Self-Destruction Tour." The confirmed dates are as follows: More...

I'm very proud to be the new singer of Eden's Curse! This band is great. The guys are simply awesome and very talented musicians, there are no egos, just respect and true collaboration and we are working together simply to reach our one true aim – creating great music! I simply cannot wait to rock some stages and meet the wonderful Curse fan base that the guys tell me so much about, as well as completing songs for our new album. Yes, I'm very excited because the new songs we are producing are so powerful, melodic as hell and typically Eden’s Curse
Bassist Paul Logue had the following comments on Sandron:
We had discussions with many amazing vocalists over the last four months, but this was about more than just picking a singer – that was the easy part! We had a stringent set of criteria that the successful applicant would need to meet, and they absolutely had to be fully exclusive to the band, in order for us to retain a sound that is instantly recognisable as Eden’s Curse. That is why the search took several months to complete, in order to ensure that we made the right choice and I firmly believe we have the right man.More...

U.S. based black metal act Stonehaven has checked in with the following announcement about streaming a new song online:
"A new track entitled 'Addressing the Scorn-Pole" from our forthcoming album has been posted at our bandpage link here on this page.
"More information on the album including its name, album artwork, and the date of its release shall be revealed very soon. Observe!"
Stonehaven also commented on the band's sound and lyrical themes:
"Thematically representing the horrors of old world Europe, atrocity, murder, and Norse Heathenism; Stonehaven delivers a brand of black metal that upholds traditionalism and primitivism, with musical ornamentations cloaking much of their music that intends to reopen a door to the past."
