The band will commence recording the new album, title TBA, in early April at Shiva Industries in Santa Ana, CA with John Haddad (Phobia, Eyes Of Fire) producing. The band is aiming to have the album completed by month's end. In early May, the album will be mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side.
"The studio time is booked, now all we have to do is finish writing the record," jokes Intronaut guitarist Sacha Dunable. "No, seriously, the record is 3/4 written, and so far the quality of these songs is surpassing anything we did on the EP. We can't wait to spend all this time in the studio with John and make the best record we possibly can."
"I can't reveal the album's title right now because it's a secret (to us even, we haven't decided on one yet...), but some song titles so far are "Rise To The Midden," "Nostalgic Echo" and "A Monolithic Vulgarity."

Dry Kill Logic has issued a recording update and announced a new bassist:
"What's up everyone - Cliff here, writing to you over a cup of coffee and full chillum on a Monday morning. We've been locked in our studio writing non-stop for the new record; people always ask what the new record is going to sound like....I like to tell them a mix of gospel, dance and 80's new wave, just to get a rise out of them. All jokes aside though, the writing is coming along great - the new music is definitely aggressive, and the guys have really been stepping up the riffs, songwriting and musicianship. Hopefully I don't drop the ball with the vocals and lyrics. We're really excited for you all to hear the new music!"
Longtime friend to the band and former member of 100 Demons and A Thousand Falling Skies, Brendan Duff, has joined Dry Kill Logic as the new bassist. "We've always known that Brendan was the man for this job, and it's been a long time coming - we are stoked to have such a close friend and tremendous musician in the band." Brendan will be joining the band on their upcoming UK/European tour as well as recording bass on the new record. He replaces Casey Mahoney, who parted amicably with the band and remains good friends with the remaining members.
Belgian death metallers ABORTED will be entering Antfarm studios in Denmark with producer Tue Madsen in October to begin recording their new album, tentatively due in early 2007. The group's new formation includes Seb Purulator (ex-GARWALL, BALROG, GENITAL GRINDER) on guitar and Olivia Scemama (ex-NO RETURN, BALROG) on bass following the departures of Thijs "Tace" de Cloedt and bassist Frederic "Free" Vanmassenhove, respectively.
