California metal act Nova, featuring Chazz McConnell (SOL ASUNDER) and Max Seeman (ANOMALOUS), has made the band's "Invert Theory" album available for streaming and as a free download. You can check out the album or download all the tracks at the Nova bandcamp page here.

Folk metal band Tengwar has posted the song "War Begins" online, which is from the band's upcoming J.R.R. Tolkien themed album "The Halfling Forth Shall Stand." You can check out the song in the clip below.
The band also commented:

Demonaz, former guitarist for Norwegian black metal act Immortal, has announced the release of an upcoming solo album. The act's debut album "March of the Norse" is currently set for release on April 1st, 2011 in Europe.

Iceland's Solstafir has issued the following comment about the delay in release of the vinyl edition for the band's "Kold" album:
"A statement from Svart Records about the delay of the Köld vinyl: 'Solstafir Köld vinyl: Its heavy duty gatefold jacket is manufactured by a small print shop. These jackets have turned out to be exceedingly slow and difficult to manufacture, as they require a much bigger amount of work than regular gatefolds.' So the delay should be worth it in more quality!"
Solstafir also recently posted the song "Myrksvefn" online, which is taken from the band's 2002 7" EP "Black Death." You can check out the track here.
Dew Scented has issued the following recap of the band's recent European shows:
"Last show of the tour in Hannover - it was really nice to see many old friends sharing this special evening with us! Since the tour is now over for Dew-Scented, we would like to thank our bus comrades of Zonaria and Darkrise for the good time as well as Melechesh and the almighty Nile for the good weeks we managed to spend together on the road! Also, big thanks to the amazing Massive crew, our sound tech Murph as well as the bus drivers/merchandisers for the good atmosphere during these last weeks!

Melbourne based quartet Thanatosis is currently offering a new track both for streaming and as a free download. The song, simply titled "Three," can be heard or downloaded in MP3 format through the official Thanatosis Facebook page.
Discussing the sound of band, Thanatosis commented, "Four mates bringing back the old styles of metal, but new and heavy enough to compete with the demands of the new waves of music in the metal/metalcore scene."

Chicago's Macabre has announce a European headlining tour, which kicks off in April. This four-week trip starts April 15th and includes a performance at Neurotic Deathfest on April 30th in Tilburg, Netherlands. Touring alongside Macabre will be Dutch Porn-grind-kings Romeprop and an additional - soon to be announced - special guest band.
Macabre is touring in support of the band's recently released full-length album "Grim Scary Tales," marking the band's 25th anniversary and return in the original line-up. The band's upcoming shows are as follows:

Thaurorod has been confirmed to play the mid-summer metal festival Nummirock, which is set to take place from June 23rd - 25th, 2011. Finnish dark metal act Before The Dawn has made the entire new album "Deathstar Rising" available for online streaming at the band's Facebook profile. You can listen to all the tracks from the album at this location.

Swedish occult rock act Graveyard has lined up the band's first tour dates in support of the upcoming Nuclear Blast release "Hisingen Blues." You can also check out the trailer for the album in the clip below. "Hisingen Blues" will be released on March 25, 2011.
Commented the band: "We can't wait to take this new album out on the road and see what people will think. Live on stage is where Graveyard belong, and hopefully that will be obvious to everyone who will come out for a show or two. We promise to do our best to live up to our reputation and leave no one disappointed."

Symphonic black metal band Dimmu Brogir will be performing one show with a special, never-to-be-repeated set list with 53 members of KORK (the Norwegian Radio Orchestra) and 30 members of the Schola Cantorum Choir, who were musical guests on the band's Billboard-charting ninth studio album, “Abrahadabra." The show is set to take place on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Oslo Spektrum in Norway.
Dimmu Borgir guitarist Silenoz states, “It is with great pride and a sense of fulfillment that we can finally announce this event as yet another ambition becomes reality!”
Vocalist Shagrath adds: “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen. Dimmu Borgir makes it happen. The circle will now be complete.”
Tickets go on sale on Monday, February 21st for 570 Norwegian kroner (approx. 73,50 EUR). Only 150 V.I.P. tickets (1,500 Norwegian kroner each, approx. 193,50 EUR) will be available, which will include a Meet & Greet with the band one hour before doors, free tapas & beer, and a view of the entire performance from a special riser. Doors are at 18:30. Showtime is 20:00.
