German heavy metal legends Accept has announced that the name of their forthcoming new studio album will be "Blood Of Nations." It was produced by Andy Sneap (who has also worked with the likes of Megadeth, Exodus, Arch Enemy and Onslaught) and will be released later this year. This will be their first album with former TT Quick singer Mark Tornillo on vocals.
Additionally, the band has announced that they will make their live debut with Tornillo on May 8th at the Gramercy Theatre in New York City.
American heavy metal outfit Trivium has posted their cover of Sepultura's "Slave New World" online. You can check it out below. The song was recorded recently along with an original track entitled, "Shattering The Skies Above," which will feature on the soundtrack to the forthcoming video game, God Of War III. "Slave New World" originally appeared on Sepultura's "Chaos A.D." album which was released in 1993. More...
After All has parted ways with vocalist Piet Focroul and bassist Erwin Casier. After All extend thanks and appreciation to both Piet and Erwin for the many years they gave it all for the band. The band comments, "The thrash attack continues with vocalist Sammy Peleman (September Syn) and bassist Frederik Vanmassenhove (ex-Aborted). Welcome to the madness!"
Violin, cello, and drums metal trio Judgement Day has released a Violin Hero spoof video for their new song, "Cobra Strike." The song is the first single off their new album, "Peacocks/Pink Monsters." The video is pretty funny, so check it out below.

French metal band Adagio has officially decided to separate from singer Christian Palin. Guitarist Stéphan Forté comments, "We have had no other choice but to separate from Christian Palin this morning. That is a decision we needed to take as soon as possible for the best of Adagio. We have no hard feelings towards him and wish him all the best for the future. More news very soon..."

U.K. metallers Warpath have shared a video of a 15 year old fan from the U.S. performing the guitar part for their song "Damnation," which can be viewed below. Warpath also commented about the footage: "Fan cover of Damnation on Youtube! Check out this awesome cover of 'Damnation' by 15-year old Javi from the United States! We were so impressed with his talent we just had to share it with everyone!"
New York thrashers Castrofate have issued the following brief update from the recording studio:
"Recording sessions are going really well right now at James Murphy's SafeHouse Production in Florida, and we are looking forward to our New York Return Show on Saturday, March 20th, new drummer Sean Kelly's first show behind the kit! See you there! Thanks for the support!"

Spanish thrash/death/progressive metal band Killem has just revealed the artwork for its upcoming album "Reflections of Decline." This cover has been developed by Fernando Ruíz from Visual Decay Art & Design studios, based on an original concept by Killem. "Reflections of Decline" will be available on USA and Europe on April 30 through Austrian label NoiseHead Records. There is a six tracks advance from the upcoming album on the band’s official MySpace page.

Finnish metal act Amorphis has been confirmed to perform at the 2010 edition of the Ilosaarirock Festival in Joensuu (FI). Amorphis is scheduled to play on Sunday, July 18. More information on the festival can be played at this location. Other confirmed bands for the festival include Katatonia, Bad Religion, Imogen Heap, DevilDriver, Ghost Brigade, and Insomnium.

Illinois metallers Bloodstream Parade have posted two video clips online from their recent performance in Milwaukee, which can be viewed below. The band also issued the following statement about the footage:
"Here are a few video clips from our opening slot at The Rave in Milwaukee last week. To be quite honest, we were kind of worried. As we were getting set to play, there were only a handful of people there. Like a bolt of lightning, the room was full. So, kudos to you people."

World Under Blood, the melodic death metal side project featuring CKY guitarist/vocalist Deron Miller alongside Tim Yeung (Divine Heresy) on drums, Risha Eryavec (ex-Decrepit Birth) on bass, and Luke Jaeger (ex-Sleep Terror) on guitar, has officially signed to Nuclear Blast Records.
Deron Miller commented on the on the signing:
“I’m thrilled to finally be working with Nuclear Blast after all of these years of being a huge fan of their bands. To this day they're one of the only labels that are aggressive and uncompromising without jumping on this week's trends. Because of that they are still prominent even during tough times.”
The band is currently wrapping up their as-yet-untitled debut, produced by James Murphy. The record is tentatively slated for a Summer release.
In a recent interview with Australia's Inside Out webzine, Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian and drummer Charlie Benante were asked about the future of their new studio album, "Worship Music" and how the return of vocalist John Bush affects matters. An excerpt from the interview reads as follows:
Inside Out: Guys let’s talk Worship Music… Take us through the writing process for the album, what different factors surrounded the process this time around?
Scott Ian: "We wrote most of the record before we even had a singer, which was different. Although it was similar to how we wrote Spreading the Disease." More...

Atreyu has been forced to pull out of their Sayerville, New Jersey show this Sunday due to a death in the family of member Brandon Saller. Here's a statement from Saller:
"Unfortunately I have some bad news. I recently had a had a death in the family. I need to be at home with my family for the services etc. This being said, Atreyu will not be able to play the Sayreville , NJ show on Sunday the 14th. I am terribly sorry for my absence. This will be the first show I have missed since the forming of this band. I hope you all have a great time at the show and can understand my decision to be with my family at this time. We will continue the tour on the 16th in Niagra Falls. Again I'm sorry. We'll see you next time around."

Long running New York hardcore act Killing Time, who have gone through a series of break-ups and reunions throughout their 20+ year career, have just released their first full-length studio album in over a decade. "Three Steps Back" hit stores on February 9th via Dead City Records, and a record release party is planned for February 27th in Brooklyn. The band is currently streaming several sample tracks from the new record at their MySpace page. Who would ever thought that David Ellefson would return to Megadeth after the sour note in 2003? The music industry, and in particular the band member relationships, are very complex. The music industry can be forgiving, indifferent, and downright cruel at times.
