Crurifragium Releasing Debut Album

Invictus Productions is proud to present Crurifragium's debut album, "Beasts of the Temple of Satan," due out January 30th. Although only springing to foul life in 2015, Crurifragium's history stretches back to a previous existence as Warpvomit.

Although only existing for a couple years before the name-change with the lone "Carnal Sacrifice" demo, Warpvomit verily approximated their moniker: disgusting, gestatingly cyclonic bestial metal that brimmed with a weird 'n' unsettling chaos and a tar-thick density.

With that name change came a relatively more finessed approach to the bestial arts Crurifragium's eponymous debut demo suggested a slight change was afoot, but it's with "Beasts of the Temple of Satan" where the power-trio truly come into their own. Resolutely crude and barbaric and forsaking any niceties like "progression" or good taste, Crurifragium explodes forth with a filthiness beyond compare. More...

Vomit Angel Announces "Sadomatic Evil"

Iron Bonehead Productions has set February 17th, 2017 as the international release date for Vomit Angel's debut mini-album, "Sadomatic Evil," coming on 12" vinyl.

Although "Sadomatic Evil" is the Danish duo's debut recording, Vomit Angel comprise two founding members of Sadogoat, who preceded the bestial metal resurgence by many years, and who later wielded more influence on the black/death underground as Sadomator, releasing three pivotal LPs on Iron Bonehead that perfected the Blasphemy/Beherit axis to a T.

Now, under the banner of Vomit Angel, Necrodevil and Lord Titan aim for an equally scuzzy attack that's less categorizably "bestial" on the surface. On that surface, instead, is a pulsing, slimy spew of gangrenous primitivism somewhere between the very earliest death and black metal in the South American tradition. No hope, no fun, no sobriety: this is Vomit Angel's "Sadomatic Evil!"

1. Sadomator
2. Time Travel
3. Cotard
4. Voices in the Wind
5. Host of Darkness
6. Time of the Moon
7. Blasting Black Goat Attack

Wars Posts "The Art Of Not Knowing" Video

Wars has revealed a first official music video since signing to Spinefarm Records last month. This new clip is for the song "The Art of Not Knowing" taken from forthcoming debut album, "We Are Islands, After All," due out January 27th.

"The music video for 'The Art of Not Knowing' came from a really personal place," says Rob Vicars. "There's this empty, unstable feeling you get when you start to question how well you really know yourself- it's the kind of train of thought that can take you to some unnervingly dark places pretty abruptly. This song talks about confronting that issue, the ambivalence, and learning to live beyond it."

He continued, "The shoot itself felt like a real coming together of brilliant people. It's amazing to have a cameo from This Is England's George Newton in there, and our leading girl absolutely nailed every scene. We're unbelievably proud and excited to put this video out." More...

Enemy Remains Unveils New Album Details

Global Music Award-winning heavy metal group Enemy Remains was formed in 2005 by original Fates Warning drummer, Steve Zimmerman, and guitarist Tommy Blardo. By 2014 - after releasing first full-length album, "Two Faces Two Minds" - the band had solidified itself as a talent to be reckoned with in the northeastern U.S.

After a brief hiatus last year, allowing Zimmerman to re-join the original Fates Warning line-up reunion celebrating the 30th anniversary of "Awaken The Guardian," and for Blardo to develop his digital radio station "Metal Fortress Radio," Enemy Remains is back with the addition of new vocalist Frank Morin and guitarist Scott Kadish, formerly of End Time Illusion.

Enemy Remains will release brand new album, "No Faith In Humanity," on January 20th, 2017, featuring mastering from Chris "Zeuss" Harris. Pre-orders will be available soon via all major online music retailers.

Guitarist Tommy Blardo states, "I think our fans are going to be very surprised with the new direction of the band. On this album, we're very focused on vocal melodies and driving songwriting, while still finding room for those anthem-like choruses. Don't worry though, being driven by Steve, we're definitely keeping the progressive sound we've always been known for. We worked really hard on the new album and we're excited to share it with our fans." More...

Bloodclot Posts "Up In Arms"

Bloodclot - featuring hardcore pioneers John Joseph (Cro-Mags), Joey Castillo (ex-Queens of the Stone Age), Nick Oliveri (ex-Queens of the Stone Age), Todd Youth (Danzig) - has launched a first single. Check out the title track from upcoming album, "Up In Arms," via the lyric video below.

John Joseph (vocals) comments: "'Up in Arms' is a call to arms for the people of America and across the globe who are sick of the lies, death and destruction of innocent people being caused by the military industrial complex who run governments and propagate unjust wars in order to fill the bank accounts of corrupt businessmen."

Todd Youth (guitars) adds: "If you take a look at what is going on right now in the world, corrupt politicians, war, famine, destruction of the planet by the animal agriculture industry - things have got to change before it's too late. Musically I wanted to write something that gave me the feeling I had the first time that I heard Discharge, Motorhead or the Bad Brains - a relentless wall of sound that makes you think!!"

Bloodclot plans to release full-length album "Up In Arms" in spring 2017 via Metal Blade Records. Southern California fans have a chance to hear this new material early on December 17th at "The Power of the Riff" festival, where the group will be performing together for the first time alongside Wolves in the Throne Room, Incantation, Pelican, and more.
