We, The Undersigned have issued the following road report from their Canadian "Off With Their Heads" tour:
"November 10th – Kilroy’s – Thunder Bay, ON. Ding Ding Ding! Tonight round 2 in Thunder Bay is going down literally 2 blocks down from Black Pirate’s Pub at Kilroy’s. Playing a Monday and Tuesday back-to-back is always risky but the rockers in T-Bay LOVE their live music so we had a decent handful out. The line-up tonight was the same as last night as from local openers which names escape me. We were also graced with the singer from Faceless Hulk, Ted, doing a 30 minute set of hip-hop songs. Strangely I was reminded of Eminem mixed with some Immortal Technique. Also, he took a nap during the set . I believe this was the manifestation of an inside joke involving Ted once missing his own set at an Edmonton bar because he fell asleep.
"Faceless Hulk kicks ass, if they come east spend the 7 or 8 dollars and go see them. Also, it was great to play with Endast again as they wrap up their west coast tour. These Jagr swigging hard rockers are a force to be reckoned with, look out Canada. Big James wants to pwn you!!! More...

Norway's She Said Destroy has posted a new studio recording blog online. Excerpts from the blog follow:
"Today is when the distorted guitars happened, a high point for me as I am in many ways similar to Macaulay Culkin in the 'Black and White' video. Only much, much less cute. There is something primitively satisfying in cranking up a big amp as loud as you want. We had a few good references to compare our sound to, and after a lot of tweaking and crawling around with microphone stands we finally ended up with the massive, roaring sound that we wanted. The one that we have been geekily talking about for the last six months, possibly while wearing unfashionable clothes and being very, very uninteresting to non-guitarists.
"The day also saw us recording some bass overdubs, mostly effects. We thought it was a good idea to hook up all the fuzz pedals and amps that we had, and have DC play through it all at the same time. It sounded pretty awesome. Another mic blown. My rhythm guitars are all done now, which is nice. We are now completely on schedule, which has probably never happened in the history of recording music, but I'm sure I can do something about that tomorrow, when I am doing all the clean guitars. Hail!, the band comprised of Andreas Kisser from Sepultura, Ripper Owens from Judas Priest, David Ellefson formerly of Megadeth, and Paul Bostaph from Slayer, has issued the following report from Lebanon:
"We're here! After several months of planning and 25 hour flights, we arrived in Lebanon last night. Long flights but we made it and everybody is in good spirits. Our hosts from RockRing, Roy Naufal and Maher Mardini, were very excited to greet us and I'm not sure they actually thought we were real. LOL It took a lot of work to pull this all together and it's proof that when everybody works together as a team, good things result. The hotel is really nice, large suites overlooking downtown and the ocean. The layout of the coastline is very similar to Santa Monica/Malibu.
"We went out to dinner with our 'entourage' and had a nice meal and nice conversation as we were warmly welcomed with open arms. After dinner we went to a small rock bar and the drinking continued. After a few rounds we moved to another bar and did some shots of Jagermeister and more beers. It was great to have Paul out with us - he's obviously a ridonkulous drummer and a great guy. He understands our HAIL! mentality and fit in immediately. Welcome aboard mate! We got a 3:00 am tour of the city and coast and (after a brief yack stop for one of our local friends LOL) we got back to the hotel where Andreas and I chilled on the balcony with some more beers until about 5:00. Beautiful evening. More...

New York thrashers Castrofate have issued the following recording update:
"Hey everyone, just an update on what's going on, we'll be in Florida tomorrow working with James Murphy in pre-production for the new album. The focus right now is doing this record which is pretty much costing everything the band has right now, so we've had to put off playing shows until the record is finished. We've had some offers to open up for bands like Life of Agony and Otep in some ballrooms, and although I don't feel we'd fit with any of those kinds of bands, we always wanna play shows no matter who's on the bill, but unfortunately we couldn't afford those shows, everything's going into this new record. Following the record we'll be shooting a few music videos, and booking tours for the rest of 2010 and into 2011. So that's whats going on right now, working hard on the new music. See you all on tour next year!!"

In a recent message to the band's fans, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine has spoken in a highly critical manner of Roadrunner Records, the label of which Megadeth is currently signed to. The full message reads as follows:
"I hope that everyone that is in a band and has been watching how things have transpired are taking notes. This record has been out for weeks and weeks, and no radio play from the radio person at Roadrunner, nothing. Zero.
"But that should be expected; this is the same guy I HAD TO ASK to get me interviews. Talk about a Gomer moment!
