The Associated Press reports Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland was ordered to return to a live-in drug detoxification center after leaving early, officials said. Weiland, 36 was ordered to report to the facility last October after pleading no contest to possession of heroin. A Superior Court judge learned Friday (January 23) that he had walked out or was discharged after only a month and ordered him to return, said Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
He is eligible for release in July but must participate in a six-month follow-up program. If he leaves the center again or tests positive for drugs, prosecutors will seek a warrant for his arrest, Robison said.

IRON MAIDEN have been forced to cancel their fourth and last New York City show on Tuesday due to a double-booking by the venue, here's the statement Bruce made in tonight(Monday)'s show, paraphrased by a fan:
Here's the story straight from the official IRON MAIDEN site:
"The IRON MAIDEN show on Tuesday, January 27th at the Hammerstein Ballroom has been cancelled due to an error in the confirmation of the venue between promoter Clear Channel Entertainment and the venue. The band made every conceivable effort to reverse the scheduling error which would have allowed the fourth sold-out show of their four night run to go ahead.
IRON MAIDEN is clearly extremely disappointed with this situation and greatly regret not being able to perform on Tuesday, especially as the first three nights have been such great shows to such terrific audiences.
Clear Channel Entertainment very much regret the obvious inconvenience this cancellation has caused to IRON MAIDEN and their fans.
Refunds will be available at point of purchase."
