Strange Flesh has issued the following announcement about writing songs for an upcoming album:
"Strange Flesh officially start songwriting for 'the Beautiful Dead' sessions. The initial song titles are up and the vision of what the album should be is in place. This promises to be a dark, desolate album. Very much an extension of 'In doG We Lust.'
"Artwork will be done by a Va Beach local musician to be named later. A revamping of the website will follow that. The band is also significantly upgraded their live touring P.A. and light show. Discussions are centered on touring heavily in the summer including Europe, Asia and S. American dates. The band wants to fully present the Strange Flesh shows with as much bombast as possible.
"They will be working with promoters who maximize metal shows without stuffing 10 bands at 20 mins each down fans throats. That doesn't give the fans a chance to fully appreciate the bands. Strange Flesh will headline 3-4 band bills that give each band more time to play. Thank you."

'SHADOWS' will be mixed and mastered by Ken Sorceron (Abigail Williams), and will contain artwork by artistic genius Felipe Machado who has created cover art masterpieces for world reknowned bands such as Blind Guardian and Iced Earth. Eluveitie has issued the following announcement about seeking video submissions of fans performing with the song "Thousandfold:"
"You might have heard about our upcoming tour through the US & Canada, and you might also know that we are about to take a whole new show across the pond, bringing you a full 90-minute headline show with a killer support-package and some of the lowest ticket prices around.
"Now as if this wasn’t enough yet this will also be your chance to get on stage with Eluveitie: After constantly receiving requests for sheet music and seeing dozens of Youtube videos of fan cover versions we figured it is time to give you the chance to prove yourself on stage. All you need to do is record a video of yourself performing whatever you do best to our Song Thousandfold, upload it on www.youtube.com and send us the link to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t forget to include your name, age, and of course where you’re from / which show you are planning to attend.
"As with anything that sounds like fun first there’s some restrictions as to what’s possible, so what will give you the best chances are singing, playing the flute/whistles or guitar, and of course the classic and always welcome air guitar playing. But we are definitely also open to your talent in tap dancing or anything else that comes to mind. Before you ask though: Due to the nature of our show we unfortunately are not able to let you take over the drumkit. More...
