"Suffering Hour is a proggy black/thrash band based in the Twin Cities. The band has gone through many changes, but the style and lineup has remained consistent since early 2011. Lead by guitarist Josh Raiken with Dylan Haseltine on bass/vocals and Jason Oberuc on drums, the music takes influence from genres ranging from black metal to old school prog rock.

"Some of the band’s biggest influences are Absu, Unleashed, The Chasm, Inquisition, Kreator, Deathspell Omega, King Crimson, and Merciless. The band has released a couple of demos in the past, but is now excited to be releasing their first official release on Tridroid Records."

The full track listing is as follows:

2. Prog Thrashing Death
3. A Dismal Beyond
