The Rockstar Ramblings: The End of the World

Steel Panther have released an explicit video for their new single "Party Like Tomorrow Is The End Of The World.” The video features cameos by celebrities such as porn star Ron Jeremy, Breaking Bad actor RJ Mitte, comedian Rob Riggle, Jackass' Steve-O, UFC fighter Chuck Liddell, and several topless women.

Anytime the devil is in the opening scene it’s probably going to be an entertaining video and this is no exception. The devil delivers the message that tomorrow is the last day of Earth. Oh, and apparently Steel Panther are no longer welcomed in hell. This message does not sit well with the boys who immediately pull guns on each other, finding themselves in a Quentin Tarantinoesque standoff. They agree that since there is one more day they will wait until tomorrow to kill each other, tonight is about partying it up.

Inside there is a pool, lots of dry humping, and some not-so-dry humping. Dispensers for easy access to any drug you want and at 1:45 you witness the first ever drummer motorboat. The video is so over-the-top that the scene (2:45) of the band snorting cocaine off a passed out girl’s breast isn’t shocking. I’m not sure of the intention, but are Steel Panther trying to sell albums or bring back cocaine? Just kidding, I know the answer is both!

The video ends with the devil doing lines of coke and deciding not to end the world after all.

Lesson: Do coke…
