August Burns Red Announces Details For Annual Christmas Show

Continuing a tradition that has spanned 8 years, August Burns Red is excited to announce plans for the group's annual hometown Christmas show this coming December 15th, 2013 in Lancaster, PA.

Following a string of sell-outs in August Burns Red's hometown market, this year sees ABR move into the spacious Lancaster County Convention Center for a massive show that caps off the band’s six week North American tour and combines it with a date on the headlining run of Every Time I Die. Supporting the two acts will be Defeater, Letlive, Code Orange Kids, One Year Later, and The Road To Milestone.

"In addition to holiday releases such as singles and last year’s Sleddin’ Hill, we’ve long had a tradition of ending the year with our annual Christmas show in Lancaster, PA,” explains guitarist JB Brubaker. “This year we are doing it a bit earlier than usual, and we're joining forces with the Every Time I Die tour to make this the biggest line up we've ever had and taking the show to the Lancaster County Convention Center in downtown Lancaster. It will be the last date of our US headline tour, and a festive way to wrap up the tour."

The show will mark the band’s final performance for 2013, a momentous year that included a Billboard Top 10 debut for latest album, "Rescue & Restore," a mainstage spot on Warped Tour, and a forthcoming DVD chronicling the entire 18-month touring cycle behind the band’s breakout 2011 album "Leveler," entitled "Foreign & Familiar."
