Logistical Problems Forces Caravellus To Disband

Brazil based Caravellus announced that the band will split due to logistical issues - distance of travel between members. Guitarist Glauber Oliveira hints at a possible future reunion, as well as potential for a new musical project in the future.

The statement reads: "Dear friends an fans! Caravellus has been stopped since July 2013. We needed to stop due to problems with the distance between members. Now, I'm moving on to Brasília (Capital), Raphael Dantas has moved to São Paulo. So, we just can to say..."Até logo". Maybe...with a reunion in the future!! Thanks for all!!!"

Caravellus was formed in 2002 and released the 2004 demo "Across the Oceans," the 2007 debut LP "Lighthouse and Shed" and the final album in 2010 "Knowledge Machine." The band was supposed to enter the studio for its third release, but now will cease to exist.
