Icelandic viking act Skalmöld released a new music video for the song "Gleipnir." The song appears on the band's latest effort "Börn Loka," which was issued last year via Napalm Records (see review here).

"Börn Loka" ("Loki's children") is a concept album that focuses on the story of the siblings Hilmar and Brynhildur. In order to achieve honor as a Viking warrior, Hilmar has to embark on a perilous journey, fight terrifying beasts and possibly make the biggest sacrifice imaginable. Check out the video here:

In a couple of weeks, Skalmöld will embark on a European tour in support of Finntroll. For dates and venues, head over to this location.
