Transcend The Fallen Issues Album Recording Update
Transcend the Fallen has issued the following statement about working on a new album and seeking new members:
"It has been long enough since an update was sent out so it is time to let you all know how it's going.
"Studio: We are still in studio recording our second album. We have only two songs left to get vocals recorded and are heading back to do that Thursday. Then we will move into the mixing phase. We are looking to have the first set of songs in an initial mix by next week so we can start listening back to see if anything else is needed in order to really round out the songs.
"Drummer: We have yet to find a permanent replacement for our drummer but with the focus laying on recording we have not held many auditions. We have several candidates and as soon as the actual recording phase is finished, we will move into finding our new drummer.
"Second Guitarist: Much like the drummer, the search for the second guitarist has been put on hold due to recording. However, with Matthew pulling guitar duties for the time being, it has been less of a priority. Once we place the drummer, we will then be looking for a second guitarist in order to get back to a 5 piece again.
"Finally, the road ahead looks hard and daunting. It is no secret that we are now in a rebuilding period. However, you all need to know that the passion and fire that burns for this is still white hot. We hope to be back out on the road and playing shows for you real soon.
"We only ask for your love and support during this time. Help us by introducing your favorite songs to your friends. Help us to get heard by the world and we will do everything we can to make music you can feel, love and, hopefully, will help you when you need music to heal your soul."
