Tombs Announces Live Shows, Gearing Up To Record New Album

Brooklyn, NY’s Tombs has announced a set of regional tour dates with NYC's experimental death metallers Pyrrhon. The dates will serve as a gateway between writing a new record and entering the studio to record the follow-up to 2011's "Path of Totality."

Tombs vocalist / guitarist Mike Hill commented on the shows: "These upcoming dates are going to be an opportunity for us to play some of the new material that we've been working on for the last year. This will be the first time we play some of these songs in a live setting."

Tombs has released two full-lengths and one singles / rarities collection via Relapse Records, all of which are available for streaming via Bandcamp here. A complete list of dates is available below. More details on Tombs entering the studio will be available soon.

Aug 17 Syracuse, NY The Lost Horizon w/Pyrrhon/Dialysis/Blood Sun Circle/Cowards
Aug 18 Rochester, NY The Bug Jar w/ Pyrrhon/Blurring/Chillum
Aug 31 Stanhope, NJ Stanhope House w/ Pyrrhon
