Former Hirax Members Form Raging Violence, Recording New Album

Former Hirax members Gary Monardo, Johnnie Tabares, Scott Owen, and Bob Savage are currently in the studio with former Wargod singer Rob Perkins recording tracks for a forthcoming album under the name Raging Violence.

The album will feature five revamped versions of classic Hirax songs, including "Born in the Streets" from the 1984 four song cassette demo. Three new songs will also appear on the album.

Recording is expected to be completed in early August and is expected to be mixed and mastered by the end of September, at which time a label will be sought to press and distribute the album. A short video from the studio can be seen below.
