Vocalist Elina Laivera Splits With Seduce The Heaven

Greek metal act Seduce The Heaven have split with vocalist Elina Laivera on July 9th. In a post on the band's Facebook page it reads: "It’s time for a really sad announcement to you all. But all good things come to an end at some point in life. Seduce The Heaven and Elina Laivera will be officially parting ways as of today. We would all like to thank Elina for her amazing work with the band the past 4 years and wish her best of luck and success in the music industry. Please, we would not like to see bitter messages towards one side or the other. There are no sides."

Today, the band officially announced auditions for a new female vocalist. The announcement reads:

"As you probably read the past few days, Elina is no longer with us. So the time for Seduce The Heaven to find a new talented and permanent member added to the STH family is now! We already have a very strong candidate for the position, but we decided to take our time with this search until we feel that we have a solid line-up in order to continue our vision for this band with a great 2nd and 3rd album. We are very excited to work on new material and can’t wait to share it with you all in the not so distant future. So if you are a female singer and interested in joining STH, here are our some requirements that you need to read carefully:

"-A great voice!
-Ability to sing all the material from the “Field Of Dreams” debut album.
-Ability to write lyrics and compose vocal lines on new material. Knowledge on multiple vocal harmonies as well.
-Stage experience.
-Being able to follow the band’s live schedule in and out of Greece.
