Critical Assembly To Release New Album "From Ashes Comes Honor"

Central Texas shredders Critical Assembly are out of the studio, booking summer tours, and releasing new album "From Ashes Comes Honor."

The new album features six original tracks with hard hitting groove oriented tones. "From Ashes Comes Honor" was recorded and produced by Joey Duenas of Un Loco and Anew Revolution, in the capital city of Austin, Texas.

Critical Assembly also had the pleasure of pre-production work with John Moyer (Disturbed, Adrenaline Mob) who helped out on the track “Soap Box Scurvy.” The band decided to return to Masterdisk Studios New York with Roger Lian for this album. Roger has worked with Pantera, Muse, Damageplan, Korn, Rush, Overkill, and many more. The band also comments on the new album:

"This sophomore release has a different feel than their previous album. Tracks like 'Facetime with The Dead' explore the bands darker and heavier songwriting approach, while 'The Blood Vendetta' starts as a typical thrash metal song, and then hits home with a huge hooky vocal chorus. There are no tracks that sound the same here. They all find their place in today’s ever evolving metal genre."

"From Ashes Comes Honor" will be distributed worldwide in late July, 2013 through iTunes, Amazon, Pandora, Google, CD Baby and other publications.
