New Band Empire 21 Announced By Germán Pascual

Former Narnia vocalist Germán Pascual announced the formation of a new Swedish hard rock act called Empire 21. Joining Pascual will be former Narnia guitarist CJ Grimmark, Darkwater/Harmony drummer Darkwater, bassist Andreas Ålöv and keyboardist John Svensson.

According to the press release: "Neither the band nor the album to come was brought together by coincidence, but rather by a desperate need to fill a gap in todays music scene. The sound will be heavy, melodic rock/metal with tons of energy and great musicianship, and as soon as the album is out, Empire 21 will be ready to hit the roads and travel anywhere to meet their audience."

The album mix will be handled by Tobias Lindell, who has worked with Mustasch, Europe and many more, with the dates for the final mix and mastering having been set for late spring 2013 (exact date of released has not yet been revealed).

More news on the debut is expected shortly. The band's Facebook page is now active over at this location.
