On The Offense Announces Debut Album "Frontline" Release

NYHC outfit, On The Offense, will release its debut full length, "Frontline," this spring via Dead City Records. Frontline will be available for download through most digital outlets on April 9th, with a limited number of physical CDs available via the Dead City web-store.

Commented vocalist Sean Finley, "I have been in this since 1986, and I have been in a lot of hardcore bands. It took this long to click with the right guys to get it done. Collectively this record spans 20-plus years of growing up in NYHC without rehashing the same old same old, or reducing NYHC to a novelty. There ain't no games or motives or disguises about it. Listen to the record, and that's what and who we are...NYHC for life."

The following press release was also issued about the band: "Rooted in the late 80's NYHC scene, On The Offense is built from the Old School merging with the New School and keeping true to the values and beliefs that is the heart and soul of New York Hardcore.

"The group is inspired by classic hardcore punk groups such as Sick Of It All, Cro-Mags, Token Entry, Bad Brains, Warzone, Sham 69, Kraut, Black Flag, Minor Threat, Suicidal Tendencies and more. Frontline was recorded last year at Kray Studios with longtime friend, Johnny Kray (The Krays)."

The album's track listing is as follows:

1. Undroppable
2. Can't Erase Regret
3. We're All Good
4. This Is What It Is
5. Deleter
6. Great Myth
7. Scripted
8. Four Hundred List
9. Separates You From Them
