Cannibal Corpse will be releasing a box set to commemorate the band's 25th anniversary, "Dead Human Collection: 25 Years of Death Metal." The box contains:
All 12 full-length studio albums in a 12 CD foldout case with new artwork, "Torturing and Eviscerating LIVE" on CD and LP Picture Disc recorded in Tampa, FL 2010 / Milwaukee, WI 2012, new exclusive images by Vince Lock, 12" X 12" graphic prints of all 13 original album covers, and a 2013 Cannibal Corpse Calendar.
The box will be in stores on March 19th and is available for pre-order, along with the previously announced series of Cannibal Corpse picture discs, at this location.
Kicking off in May, this year's Decibel Magazine Tour gauntlet will last a full week longer than its 2012 counterpart, spanning over 30 North American dates. Dates are available below.
"We're psyched to be headlining this year's Decibel Magazine Tour along with Immolation and Napalm Death," says Cannibal Corpse bassist Alex Webster. "This is a lineup of bands that have been a consistent part of the death/grind scene for decades, and we're proud to be a part of it. It will be a legendary night for extreme music."

It is pricey. $99.99. But you get a lot of bang for you buck.
The 12 studio albums alone would cost well over a hundred dollars regardless of format. Everything else is just to sweeten the deal.
This is chiefly for the obsessed devotees (of whom CC's base is largely composed), collectors and initiates who are new or only have one or two albums but love the band. If I weren't strapped at the moment I'd be tempted, as I only own three of their albums and some random tracks.
Nah, the 'Corpe is alright....just gotta take it for what it is ;)
And no, I will not be buying the set...but if someone gave it to me, it'd get its fair share of spins.
Once or twice a year supplies me an adequate Corpse fix
Singh...do you not like ALL death metal? What about the Gottenburg variety
And I don't think any of it has much to do with 'anger' any more than a lot of other 'metal' in general
Pantera is a hell of a lot 'angrier' and cynically empassioned than the majority of death metal bands

Cannibal Corpse definitely aren't for everyone. And generally speaking, they've been spinning the same gears since the late 80's.
I see them as both pioneering living legends as well as an evolutionary dead-end. Other bands have taken their lead and done it better, or gone in more interesting directions but these guys did the heavy lifting for thousands of bands that followed.
You don't have to love "the corpse", but it deserves some respect.
Since I’m always running my mouth about the big four that got me into death metal.
Corpse.
Obituary.
Deicide.
Morbid Angel.
Here’s my list of best to worst.
And no I won’t buy the set I already own all the discs.
Best Corpse album….Bleeding.
Followed by.
Eaten Back to Life.
Butchered at Birth.
Tomb of the mutilated.
Vile.
Kill.
Gallery of Suicide.
Torture
Evisceration Plague.
Gore Obsessed.
Blood Thirst.
Wretched Spawn.
The last three only got a few spins and I never could get into them.
My problem with Cannibal is this….
They decided to go in the tech death direction and basically painted themselves into a corner.
They lost the “Groove” that Bleeding had and they never recovered it.
After hearing Undead from Six Feet Under I guess I never really realized how much I miss Barns.
Lyric wise Cannibal is a joke now.
They’re so focused on how difficult the song is they’ve managed to forget how to construct a fun, memorable song.
I loved Torture at first but got bored with it at quickly.
Another thing that is ruining the band is the same thing that’s ruining Slayer…basically let one guitarist record both parts.
It’s too mechanical and there is zero differentiation between the two speakers.
Let Rob do his own parts, I don’t care if his picking attack isn’t quite as sharp as Pat’s.
That’s part of the magic of the old albums…the imperfection, not the perfection.
The last album of Corpse that really got me going was Kill.
It feels like they’re really going through the motions at this point.
Still one of my all time faves, but like my other big three….all of them have basically lost it.
Thank god Suffocation is still destroying and they’re one of the few old school groups still doing it right.
