Port Noir Finishes Recording Album, Issues 2012 Recap

Swedish rock/metal outfit Port Noir has issued the following year-end recap and announcement about completing work on a new album:

"Wow! 2012 is coming to an end. This year has been amazing in many ways. We managed to write 30+ songs for our upcoming debut album and a pre-production was done on all of these. Thankfully, the hardest part during this process was to choose which songs that would be recorded in the studio. We have been opening up for In Flames.

"And to work with Daniel Bergstrand in Dugout Studios was a dream that came true! We have just finished the recording and the album will be sent to mastering during January. Can`t wait to let you hear! This year has been very inspiring and we have learned so much!

"Thanks to all of you wonderful people who followed us this year. And to all of you who made this possible for us. You know who you are!

"With that said, we wish you a Happy New Year! 2013 will be our year!"
