In Flames To Headline U.S. Tour With Demon Hunter In Early 2013; Dates Announced

Hot on the heels of a North American trek supporting Lamb Of God, and fresh off the 70,000 Tons Of Metal cruise in late January, In Flames will romp across America once again, this time as headliners.

The tour kicks off February 2nd in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Demon Hunter, All Shall Perish, and Battlecross will provide support. While tickets have yet to go on sale, the following dates have been announced:

2/2 - Revolution - Ft. Lauderdale, FL
2/3 - The Orange Peel - Asheville, NC
2/4 - Georgia Theatre - Athens, GA
2/7 - Madison Theater - Covington, KY
2/8 - Mojoes - Joliet, IL
2/9 - Bourbon Theatre - Lincoln, NE
2/10 - Boulder Theater - Boulder, CO
2/12 - Orpheum Theatre - Flagstaff, AZ
2/13 - House Of Blues - San Diego, CA
2/14 - The Catalyst - Santa Cruz, CA
2/15 - Majestic Ventura Theatre - Ventura, CA
2/16 - Knitting Factory - Reno, NV

Century Media Records recently offered a free download of their "Carnival Of Sounds II" compilation, which features In Flames' track "Ropes" from latest studio album "Sounds Of A Playground Fading."

^Would've been nice if this trend had picked up 8 years ago when I lived there. If they don't add any more dates closer to me, I might have to strategize my winter travels to catch them in Ft. Lauderdale, Ventura, or possibly both.
