Heart In Hand Posts Teaser For New Album "Almost There"

Melodic hardcore crew Heart In Hand has released a new teaser video for the upcoming "Almost There" album.

The teaser is available below, and "Almost There" will be in stores this coming February, 2013 through Siege of Amida Records. A lyric video for "Home/Sick" can also be found at this location.
