Satya Sena Streaming "Diversity of Tactics, Vol. I: Introspection" Online

Oakland, CA's Satya Sena has announced the release of debut album "Diversity of Tactics, Vol. I: Introspection." The band features Peijman Kouretchian (ex-Secret Chiefs 3) on drums and Jason Hoopes on bass guitar and vocals. Satya Sena’s two week West Coast tour of the United States also commences tonight in Fresno. The album can be heard below, and the track listing is:

1. Rain 03:48
2. Powerlust 03:40
3. Vigilance 04:36

Satya Sena also issued the following press release about the album:

"Diversity of Tactics is a series of four albums detailing what the band considers to be urgent and vital strategies in the fight against tyranny and the struggle for social justice. The term comes out of the Occupy movement referring to the flexibility required to achieve a goal set against great odds. VOL. I: INTROSPECTION begins the series. Since the outer world is a reflection of our internal world, all revolution anywhere must begin within the mind and heart of the individual.

"Musically, DIVERSITY OF TACTICS, VOL. I: INTROSPECTION is absolutely explosive, showcasing the duo’s incredible range of musicality and stylistic innovation whilst expressing a mature song writing approach that draws the listener inward. Grinding speed, hypnotic groove, unconventional phrasing, fugue-like instrumental interplay, and extreme heaviness are some of the tools the band has used to craft three distinctive musical statements. Underground Bay Area veteran musician and engineer Greg Wilkinson (Brainoil, Saviours, OM, Iron Lung, Atriarch, Acephalix, Laudanum) has recorded the album."
