Helstar Issues 30th Anniversary Tour Recap, Working On New Album

Helstar has checked in with the following recap of recent 30th anniversary shows and announcement about working on new material:

"Now that the dust has settled, we would like to thank all of our Hel-Raising fans we had the pleasure of playing for during our 30th anniversary tour of Europe. Without you we could not have accomplished the success we have enjoyed throughout the years.

"Thank you for allowing us to do something that many people only dream of doing. We would also like to thank our brothers and sister in The Order of Chaos and Emerald. You guys brought it every night! We will never forget the great times and friendship we have built over the course of the tour. What an honor to have the opportunity to tour with such amazing musicians!

"And now a look forward, we will be doing a few Texas dates to close out the year; Dallas on 10/12/12 at O'Riley's and San Antonio on 10/13/12 at Fitzgerald's Bar & Live Music and Houston TBA. Of course we will be doing the 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise to begin 2013.

"More importantly Helstar is in the process of writing a new album. We can promise you one thing. Helstar will write and deliver the best album we can produce within our power. We hope to begin recording in the spring of 2013. Cheers to you all!"

Helstar will also be releasing the "30 Years Of Hel" 2CD + 1DVD set on October 2nd in North America. The package will contain concert footage of the band's 30 year anniversary hometown show at Warehouse Live in Houston, Texas on March 24th, 2012.
