fvck bro, at least ya got a damn date in your state...I don't live within 1500 miles of any of this sh!t man

You East Coasters are sure funny about travelling...I was talkin to R10 on the phone the other day and he was considering skipping an upcoming show because it is too far (2.5 hours) away...goddamn I told him, I think that represents the MINIMUM overall average I have to travel to see a good metal show, all my frikken life! :)

Yea HR,it is kind of funny about east coasters. I'll usually hit any New England state for a band i really want to see. Down would be one of them, had they decided to add a New England date. Seriously, you could fit my dinky state,NH inside LA County probably. But yea,the travelling aspect for me gets tougher the older i get. Its not like the old days when 3 metallers would pile into my Camaro with two cases of beer, make the trip to Providence RI to see Maiden on that Somewhere in Time tour in early 87. Haha. And i hear Ashville NC is really nice Branded,in the heart of the Smokey Mnts. Road trip! Must be a two hour trip for you from Charlotte.

well, i dont have a vehicle so there is no traveling for me unless i buy an extra ticket to give to someone for a ride to a show not in charlotte. i prefer shows here so i can i ride the bus to the show and home again. road trips immediately after shows are not much fun for me, unless there is a motel room and we leave out the next morning.
