Megadeth bassist David Ellefson and guitarist Chris Broderick were interviewed on the black carpet of the Revolver Golden Gods Awards 2012 by Metal Injection. During the interview, the band members addressed their feelings on Dave Mustaine's recent controversial statements.

Why does everyone have to have an opinion these days? What ever happened to the old days when MOST PEOPLE WOULD KEEP THERE GODDAMN MOUTH SHUT???? ANYONE WANT TO ANSWER THAT? IN OTHER WORDS, this guy plays music. Why is he releasing a statement that is unrelated to what he is doing?
@DK: Post #5 - I'm aware of many things, DK. If you going to say that Mustaine has political bias, then by logical deduction that would make everyone politically biased. You can't say that because he has a certain political view that they are biased. If that's the case...then YOU'RE biased!
i disagree with a lot of stuff dave says, agree with some of it...the simple fact is that as an american citizen he has the right to speak his mind about anything he pleases....the metal press and the general public can then agree or disagree...that said everyone knows the old saying about what opinions are like...
