Luca Turilli's Rhapsody Announces LP Track List Change And Will Offer Free Track
Luca Turilli's Rhapsody announced that the band was forced to leave the song "Fantasia Gothica" off the forthcoming LP "Ascending to Infinity" due to a problem with the mix and time constraints to make the necessary changes, but will release the song free as part of an exclusive product through label Nuclear Blast Records. "Ascending to Infinity" is scheduled for release on June 29, 2012.
The announcement from the band reads:
Hi to all! Later today or tomorrow it will be released a news about the pre-orders as Nuclear Blast is actually linking the pre-order option to a special contest. As you can see from the sequence of songs listed in the NUCLEAR BLAST webshop, there is a little change in the order of the same album songs. FANTASIA GOTICA was removed at the very last minute from the album and this happened due to time problems related with the mix as we had a precise deadline to respect. So the whole album will last around 6 minutes less than what previously announced, same for the limited edition. But the good news is that just before the headliner tour FANTASIA GOTICA will be released together with another exclusive product we and NUCLEAR BLAST are preparing for you and that will be absolutely free for everybody… yes, my friends, absolutely FREE for the ones of you who asked about the limited editions: At this time the webshop of Nuclear Blast should have been already updated. Of course each limited edition will include the bonus DVD including the video of DARK FATE OF ATLANTIS, the "making of" documentary, interviews with the band members and more.
The revised track listing for "Ascending to Infinity" is as follows:
1. Quantum X
2. Ascending To Infinity
3. Dante’s Inferno
5. Tormento E Passione
6. Dark Fate Of Atlantis
8. Clash Of The Titans
9. Of Michael The Archangel And Lucifer’s Fall
10. March Of Time (Bonus Track)
DVD (as part of the Limited Edition):
- "Dark Fate Of Atlantis" Video Clip
- "Making of"
