Demon Hunter Seeking Fan Video Submissions For "My Destiny"

Demon Hunter has announced a new Create Your Own Video contest in anticipation of the band's sixth album, "True Defiance," available in stores and online April 10th on Solid State Records.

The contest invites fans to create their own video for the band's single "My Destiny." Entries will be judged by the band members themselves and one winner will win a Demon Hunter artist series guitar. Submissions must be in by May 4th. Hear Demon Hunter's Ryan Clark explain the contest here.

It was also just announced that Demon Hunter was named the Best Christian Hardcore Band in the About.com 2012 Readers' Choice Awards, easily winning with an overwhelming majority of the vote. Results of the About.com Best Christian Hardcore Band Award can be found at this location.

To ring in the new release, Ryan Clark and guitarist Patrick Judge will be perform an acoustic set and signing at the Best Buy in Beaverton, OR on April 14th, before the whole band storms Europe a few weeks later (dates below).
