Fates Warning's "Night On Bröcken" And "The Spectre Within" To See Vinyl Re-Issues

Metal Blade is set to release the Fates Warning classics "Night On Bröcken" and "The Spectre Within" on gatefold vinyl. They will be strictly limited to 1,000 hand-numbered copies each and in time for the one and only European live performance of Arch/Matheos in 2012 at the infamous Keep It True festival.

Both these early works of Fates Warning - featuring original singer John Arch - will be released on gatefold vinyl with the original cover art and the remastered versions of the album tracks.

"Night On Bröcken" will be available on 180g black vinyl and green colored vinyl while "The Spectre Within" will be available on 180g black vinyl and blue colored vinyl. Both albums will be available from Metal Blade Europe April 27th/30th.

Dammit, I'm gonna go broke re-buying albums I already have.

Being a music collector would be easier if a guy was rich.

Oh well, won't be going to KIT but I will get to see John Arch in Hartford.

f*** yeah!!!

Awaken the Guardian Forever!!!

Cynic, I know. Why not do all three of the first albums?

Although I already own that album on vinyl, both a sealed one in mint condish and a used one that I listen to from time to time.

If that got re-released well, again, I'd have to part with more money :-).

Btw, great avatar. I listened to the entire Don't Break The Oath album today.

And, lol, that's another one that I own on both vinyl and cd.

Awesome, I've started a small vinyl collection that I'm planning to just include my top favourite albums, and Awaken the Guardian would make that list!

I prefer "Melissa" but they're both perfect and DBTO says everything that needs to be said as my avatar :)
