King's X Issues Update On Drummer Jerry Gaskill, Offers Free Live Album For Donation To Gaskill Fund

Progressive rockers King's X issued a health update on drummer Jerry Gaskill, who suffered a heart attack at the end of February.

In a post on Facebook, the band stated:

Jerry Update: Jerry Gaskill has been moved out of the ICU to a normal room. He has expressed that he wants food and something to drink. :) Hopefully soon! Thanks to everyone for the outpouring of support. Jerry's bills are still mounting but your help so far has been incredible. Thanks to everyone!!

The band, in partnership with Molken Music, has set up a fund for the mounting health bills. For a $20 donation, the band is offering an exclusive free download of a live album entitled "Burning Down Boston." Please visit the fund site at this location.

Stay tuned to Metal Underground for more updates on this situation.
