Castle Posts New Album "Blacklands" Teaser

"Blacklands," the new album by San Francisco's Castle, is scheduled for an April release on Germany's Ván Records. Produced by Billy Anderson (CATHEDRAL, SLEEP, EYEHATEGOD), "Blacklands" is the follow up the debut "In Witch Order" released last year.

The band has now posted a teaser video online previewing several songs from the release and showing footage shot during the albums' recording sessions at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland CA. Check out the video below.

The promo video comes hot on the heels of the recently announced tour which will see Castle performing with Ván Records label mates Verdunkeln and Year of the Goat at select shows across Germany and The Netherlands this May. Confirmed dates are as follows:

May 04 - Leipzig GER - Hellraiser Club
May 05 - Berlin, GER - Blackland
May 09 - Tilburg NL - Little Devil
May 11 - Mannheim, GER - 7er Club
May 12 - Oberhausen, GER - Turbinenhalle

Had me from the start, but 1:22-2:24 did it for me. Overall, I'm liking this. Very nice teaser.
